I can’t give enough praise about the staff at Lyndale. From everyone in management, the front desk, the service staff in the dining room, the housekeeping staff, the event planners and maintenance, they were all truly amazing. Each of them play a role in ensuring the residents are offered a great experience and safe place to live. They go above and beyond in their services. God is evident in their facilities and their caring staff. My Mother-in-law lived there for about 18 months until we moved her next door to their Assisted Living where she stayed for about a year until she needed 24 hour nursing care. The Assisted Living was everything promised and more! All of the staff there were equally amazing! We can’t thank them enough for their love, support and the care they provided. Thank you all for everything you did each day to take care of our Mom! ™™™

Lyndale Independent Living is a wonderful place! The people there have a great sense of community and caring for one another. Michelle Robbins is the activity director and deeply cares for her seniors as they deeply care for her. She does a fantastic job of keeping her seniors engaged and active. Lyndale is the place to be!

On the surface this place looks good. But check under the hood. It took me three years to get maintenances to clean a cold air duct on the third floor that looked like it had not been cleaned for 45 years. That is the lungs of the building, which you are breathing into your lungs. Hallway air conditioning on third floor is a joke. Six of the twelve registers do not work so the temperature gets over 100 in the heat of the summer in parts of the hallways, which causes the apartments to run a little hotter. Some apartments cannot keep up in the summer months so you have to have the air set on or around 75 to 76. Management in this building has said for three years they are working on it. But is management in Dallas, Ft. Worth working on it? Oh, rent also keeps going up $191.00, $191.00 and now another $191.00 for January 1, 2025.

Lyndale is a great place for people who need care & supervision they can not receive @ home-It has been a life saver for our family- our sister is bi-polar and has been for many years. Upon the death of her mother- We began trying to manage her care”not an easy task! She has been @ Lyndale -receiving care & supervision - For almost 4 years-this is the longest time she has been able to to avoid a crisis since our Mother died. In 2013. We are so grateful for the kind professional care She has received. Both medical & psychological Support-which has helped avoid the constant crisis she was living thru before -which of course was very hard for s & our family. She is happy & well adjusted @ Lyndale. We are so grateful.

The sales pitch is great. Rumor has it they are going through management change. It has taken residents 2 hours to get breakfast. The weekly cleaning is a joke, I cleaned her apartment. Sheets being washed once a week doesn't really happen either. Food is passable. We were promised new counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom after a month this still has not happened, we were told an ADA compliant toilet would be installed it has not been, maintenance seems shocked when you mention it. The carpet was SUPPOSEDLY steam cleaned before she moved in. I told them at the front desk on move in day that it was still filthy. I steam cleaned the carpet myself and the water looked like dark chocolate milk. Make sure you get everything in writing.

We moved my grandma into Lyndale this past weekend and the entire personnel made it such an effortless undertaking for our family! From the start, Lyndale staff have all been extremely helpful and accommodating with this transition. Priscilla has treated us like FAMILY and has ensured my grandma has all her needs met and made her feel right at home... We highly recommend Lyndale Edmond Senior Living for your loved ones!!!

My grandmother has been living at Lyndale since October of 2018. I am thrilled! Every single staff member is kind and really cares about making my grandmother feel at home. If they do not see her at meals or activities, they go and personally check on her. She has trouble seeing and hearing but the staff there is very patient and help her whenever she needs it. My grandmother recently turned 101 years young and Lyndale threw her the most amazing birthday party!!! It is something they are going to do for their residents that turn 100 or older. They went above and beyond to make it special for her and my family. I visit my grandmother quite often and I am always greeted by the staff and the residents. I have talked to many of the residents and they all seem very happy at Lyndale. I eat with my grandmother and the food is very good. The dining room and kitchen staff are all very nice. They have a wonderful Sunday Brunch on the last Sunday of every month that we always try to attend. I think the management and each and every staff member is exceptional. I would love to list each one of their names and something good about them, but I would feel terrible if I left anyone out. They all do an amazing job! I was very worried about finding the right place for my grandmother to live but I feel certain I have made the right choice.

My Dad started at the independent living center and then moved to the assisted living center a little over a year age. The staff has been great especially since it changed to Lyndale. Most of the staff has remained the same but it seems the staff enjoys the job more. My whole family lives close by so we are always checking in on him and interacting with the staff and I would highly recommend Lyndale formerly Copper Lake. You can tell the staff genuinely cares for the residents. Thanks, Jim

I have only been here 2 days but this is the nicest senior living facility I have seen. The staff is courteous and most helpful, volunteering information in their effort to help. The living quarters are top-notch, everything clean and fresh. I have also enjoyed quiet evenings allowing for a restful night of sleep. The food thus far has been excellent. You have a slip at your place setting that you check off exactly what you would like to have for the meal. There is a large variety of breakfast items, the lunch and dinner menus offer a choice of 2 entrees, I have gotten full at each meal thus far. Oh, and there are fresh-baked cookies available in the afternoon. No idea what complaints some other guests had but it seems to me that the management here truly cares about the residents and go above and beyond to provide much more than basic needs. All of the residents I have met are polite and many have a great sense of humor. There are of course a lot of disabled folks and the facility is laid out to assist their mobility. I am impressed. I am still in my trial phase here but based on my first couple of days, I cannot imagine finding a nicer place to stay.
