The staff at old main are incredibly passionate about adding value to the daily lives of residents. I recently had the opportunity to present on estate planning and got to see firsthand how much emphasis the administration places on providing education within their lovely, clean facility.

The staff here is so friendly. Hannah does a great job giving tours and welcoming the new families that are moving in. The building is truly beautiful. I love all the big windows around the dining room area.

I cannot state enough great things about this home for senior citizens. Hannah has went above and beyond to help me find a home that my mom would feel comfortable in. The facility is safe. They have activities the residents may choose to participate in. The facility is clean and very well maintained. They serve the residents their meals. There is very warm, caring staff that want to be there and want to help residents in their little community. Hannah was extremely kind, supportive and knowledgeable in the process of moving your loved one with the challenges that come with that move.

My experience with Old Main Village has been very rewarding. Their team does a great job of offering educational opportunities for their residents and staff and promoting interactive activities to promote social wellness.

Very disappointed in the care and services and the meals. Also what they charge for rent. My mom passed away and when we told OLV first words were "you have to give 30 day notice". So we did give 30 day notice. We started moving my moms belongings out two weeks into the 30 days. Came back to apartment and door was unlocked and painters were in. We never received any refund for the 2 weeks that they decided to take over apartment. Also, my mom had fallen and no one notified the family.] Most the gals that came to give out the meds were wonderful, but overall the management is the worst. Do not believe their adds! they are not what they say!

Staff is very supportive of each other and work very hard to make sure the residents are well taken care of. Joleen Sandstrom is very caring and works very hard to make anyone's experience at Old Main Village a huge success! God bless her!

The venue was outstanding in every way possible. Joleen was remarkable to work with .. so flexible so helpful and willing to help with anything .. she was just outstanding, The food for the reception was fantastic.. we have gotten so many compliments saying it was the best food they have had at a wedding. The venue itself was beautiful and elegant. I cannot say enough great things about our experience and it all stems from Joleen and the fantastic staff surrounding her.

An impressive facility that works marvelously for small to midsize (100-150 person) events. Real tables and upholstered padded chairs, cloth napkins and nice silverware, excellent natural light and ambiance, and the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding, served in courses, all at a very reasonable price. Jeff is a master at creating a wonderful experience. We received so many compliments on the space and the food and how it wasn’t loud and everyone was able to visit and enjoy each other’s company. Jeff went the extra mile to ensure we were treated like royalty with special surprises and service. He has excellent attention to detail and highly professional service. We couldn’t have been happier with how this turned out.
