Only because i couldnt give a ZERO. My relative is there and the staff is uncaring. They all sit in the office with their feet on the table watcbing cameras as the staff work their tails off. When my relative pushes the call button it takes about 30 to 45 minutes to finally come to their aid. [name removed] the boss is a horrible person and is uncaring. I heard her tell a staff member that a patient was faking their ailment. Ive seen patients sit in piss, she is never there and when she is she is in tbe office with half the staff watching cameras, ive heard patients walk away from meals still hungry but cant get more to eat. I would never suggest anyone taking a loved one there.
