First, the community is clean and features updated, modern decor that still feels cozy and inviting. The residents and staff are consistently happy. You can tell the staff share close interpersonal bonds, and it shows in their work and warm interactions. This is definitely a place where I’d feel comfortable knowing my loved ones would be safe, happy, and loved!

I am very pleased with Reflections and the level of care from all the staff. When I first came there I wasn't sure of what/where/when, all the questions. Management walked me through the process and made me feel at ease knowing how things would go. They worked with me every step of the way. The staff is very caring and you can see the bonds they build with the residents here. They care for them like they are their family and that every day matters. The residents, awe, they are always smiling and greet you with a wave or smile. Very comforting seeing this. I would recommend Reflections whether it be Independent or Assisted as all staff are great and can work with everyone here!

My Mom moved to Reflections in January and passed away in April. During her time at the facility she became family to the staff and they were so incredible during her stay and I couldn’t have asked for better people taking care of her before she passed away. They became a part of our family as well. I am truly grateful to them and everything they did to care for my mom and help us through a difficult time. I would recommend them to anyone who has a loved one looking for Independent Living or Assisted Living facilities.

Friendly, caring staff and clean environment. We experienced a lot of staff turnover at first which was unsettling but we’ve seen greater stability in most positions more recently. They genuinely seem to care for their residents and are communicative as needed. Grateful to have Reflections in our community.

Recently visited Reflections, such a beautiful community. Recently updated with new carpet, flooring, paint and some furniture. Angel was a wealth of information, so very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and just all around amazing.

This is an assisted care facility that allows family and friends to visit and spend time with the residents as much as they want. We attended a Masonic service and memorial reception for a deceased brother in the 2nd floor library. Very impressive for the family.
