My mom has been living here for about a year. When I come to visit, each member of the staff knows my mom by name and she talks to them like they’re members of our family extended families. When caregivers are as personable as the staff at Five Rivers and provide the excellent care that they do for my mom, not only are they taking care of her, but they are giving her children the gift of peace of mind! My mom says the care she receives at Five Rivers is the next best thing to being with her own family. Thank you to the staff at Five Rivers!

I'm a six-month resident in Assisted Living at Tillamook 5 Rivers. I thank the Lord every day for the privilege of living here in this delightful place. It deserves an "off the chart" rating! My studio apartment is cheery and comfortable. When assistance is needed, it is provided in a very timely manner by outstanding and skilled Caregivers. Staff is truly a team in supporting each other and residents. Excellent meals are chosen from a menu by you. Tillamook Five Rivers is a friendly, caring community that is a big asset to the area.

My husband and I have been living at Five Rivers for a year now and we cant speak highly enough about the staff and the facility. They are a loving and hard working bunch of people. We have settled in very nicely and have enjoyed our time. Meals, housekeeping, taken care of. We recommend it highly.

Mom moved into Prestige Five Rivers about 5 months ago. We had nothing but a wonderful experience. Mom did a Trial stay there in there beautiful model apartment. She was skeptical at first but they went over and above to make her feel welcomed. She has done better than we expected. Meals, housekeeping, activities, outings. Good quality of life and friendly staff. Its a good place. Responsive administrator.

My sister Janet F. Thomas arrived at the Five Rivers Facility on August 5, 2015. She entered the facility as a Hospice Care patient. This short term arrangement is very difficult to accommodate and Five Rivers was cooperative beyond expectations. Janet had so many friends and family visit her that we literally had to place restrictions on the visitations.Again, Five Rivers allowed this revolving door of visitations for the short 6 weeks she spent at this facility. Janet passed away on September 10, 2015 with my wife Melanie at her side.I cannot compliment Five Rivers enough for accommodating the short term arrangement of a hospice patient.To the entire Five Rivers staff, especially the girls in the trenches providing the services to a dying family member; thank you from the bottom of our heart for caring and loving my sister Janet.
