My mom has been living here for about a year. When I come to visit, each member of the staff knows my mom by name and she talks to them like they’re members of our family extended families. When caregivers are as personable as the staff at Five Rivers and provide the excellent care that they do for my mom, not only are they taking care of her, but they are giving her children the gift of peace of mind! My mom says the care she receives at Five Rivers is the next best thing to being with her own family. Thank you to the staff at Five Rivers!

I'm a six-month resident in Assisted Living at Tillamook 5 Rivers. I thank the Lord every day for the privilege of living here in this delightful place. It deserves an "off the chart" rating! My studio apartment is cheery and comfortable. When assistance is needed, it is provided in a very timely manner by outstanding and skilled Caregivers. Staff is truly a team in supporting each other and residents. Excellent meals are chosen from a menu by you. Tillamook Five Rivers is a friendly, caring community that is a big asset to the area.

I would highly recommend Prestige Senior Living Five Rivers Tillamook. For our family it was the perfect place for our mother to live. She was well taken care of by caring, compassionate, competent people who were willing to work with us during the four years our Mom lived there. From administrators, to nurses and med techs, the day to day care givers, kitchen staff, activity directors and maintenance personnel, each and every employee made our Mom’s life there more enjoyable. We will always be thankful to each and every one of them.

My sister Janet F. Thomas arrived at the Five Rivers Facility on August 5, 2015. She entered the facility as a "Hospice Care" patient. This short term arrangement is very difficult to accommodate and Five Rivers was cooperative beyond expectations. Janet had so many friends and family visit her that we literally had to place restrictions on the visitations. Again, Five Rivers allowed this revolving door of visitations for the short 6 weeks she spent at this facility. Janet passed away on September 10, 2015 with my wife Melanie at her side. I cannot compliment Five Rivers enough for accommodating the short term arrangement of a hospice patient. To the entire Five Rivers staff, especially the girls in the trenches providing the services to a dying family member; "thank you from the bottom of our heart for caring and loving my sister Janet". Every time I go here, I am greeted and treated like I am special. It is a lovely place. If you get a chance to stop by, do! It is honestly the nicest senior living community that I have visited. Don't forget to stop by during their monthly themed events...they are awesome!

I spoke with a girl named "Angela" (she was who answered the phone) She was not only very disrespectful but very intimidating, If this is how they treat me, I wonder how that girl treats those who live in! I am very disappointed with the service they give.
