Jenni-Lynn is a fantastic, warm, inviting community. When you walk in the door you'll notice residents spending time together, enjoying one another's company, and engaging with each other. During activities and events residents laugh, sing, and even dance together. The Care Team is engaging, as well. They've recently undergone some fantastic updates, and it shows that they truly care about their residents. I would definitely recommend them.

I love this facility as a recent employee. Management can be better in communications but overall everything takes time with the current situations of todays current events. The staff that works with the resident gives outstanding love and care for all the residents as if they are their own love ones. I’ve enjoy working for this company with my current coworkers and the ones that pass through . Jenni Lynn is and outstanding facility to place your loves and to know that they are well taking care of.

When we made our first inquiries about Jenni-Lynn, the executive director, Steve Jolly, was quick to send and communication the information we needed to make a decision. During my first appointment at the facility I was able to meet the doctor who visits once a week and the financial director. Everyone was extremely polite and informative. The day we moved mom in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The activity calendar is full of fun and engaging events that encourage socialization and brain stimulation. Mom is enjoying meeting new friends and already has a best buddy. After one week I visited again and several staff members gave me feedback about mom- they approached me to speak to me. They assured me that mom was doing well and adapting to her new surroundings. This is a wonderful place for a family member.

They take very good care of my mom. Recently everytime I would and visit mom would be asleep and made sure to keep her awake this morning so my sister and I could talk with her. With mom in the last stage of liver disease she wants to sleep all the time.

Its a shame when a ex employee who was obviously not a very happy person gets fired from their job and then chooses to spread blatant lies about her ex employer in a online forum. No class!!! Jane Doe . People talk and thats how I found your review. I just wanted to see it for myself. My mother has lived at this facility and I can assure the public that this person who hides behind Jane Doe is very immature and doesnt care about about what she does or who she hurts. As the new Executive Director, Im thankful every day for the opportunity to work for such a wonderful company. The management team is awesome, very dedicated to residents and community. There are many long term employees, including managers, who have been with the company for many years, 15+ to 22+, which says a lot, especially when your seeking continuity of care for your loved one. I love the residents there. But their employees should be paid more. Thats just my opinion.

Headed by a new manager since April, things are definitely on the upswing here. Biggest complaint from residents is the food, which should improve with the newly hired kitchen manager.
