I just wanted to share that even though Pacifica was not our first choice for my grandparents to reside when the time comes, that the service I received from Jacquelyn and the time taken in the phone call was fantastic. This is never an easy decision to make and the patience and care that was taken to put me at ease and in answering all my questions was extraordinary !!! Jackie at Pacifica has been such an advocate for my mother-in-law. She has helped us every step of the way. She is such a positive light for all and she knows everyone by name. Every time my daughter, granddaughter and I come, we have encountered happy residents with fun activities and socializing going on, which means the world to us!

We’ve toured 4 places in Fresno and found Pacifica to be the best fit for our mother. Jacqueline has been very accommodating, so kind and extremely patient and positive. Never pushy, taking all the time we need, showing us all the amenities. Our mother likes The water aerobics, and is interested in the gym that also comes with an instructor. Our 1st visit was scheduled @ lunch time, serving us a meal in a private dining room, and their meal choices are great! Any resident can reserve this private dinning room any time if they want to plan their own family gathering. Happy hour every day, and we noticed they were NOT serving cheep wines! Jacqueline is just a phone call or a text away. She has been very supportive and extremely kind. She listens and is able to help. When our mother ended up in the hospital for 3 days, she opened her heart and assisted me with options and emotional support, just as a close friend would have. Our active 92 year old mother is not there yet, but we will get her an apartment when she’s ready, hopefully soon as we need the piece of mind that Pacific offers and she most definitely needs the watchful eye that Pacifica offers. Very clean, modern with NO funky smells, very nice rooms offered from Sr living to multi levels of Assisted Living. Mom can even bring her dear kitties, and her own car. Again, we love Pacific!

My mother has been a resident at Pacifica for almost 8 months. We have been so pleased with the care she has received from the moment she arrived. Even as her physical needs have changed, Pacifica staff have been helpful, kind and supportive to her and our family. The food is delicious, the setting is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Pacifica is like no other place I've visited before. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Fresno!

My Mom has been a resident of Pacifica Senior Living for approximately 4 years. The employees are very caring and pamper each resident with there needs.I cannot say enough about the Manager - Eddie. He is a very caring man who knows all of the residence, and follows up on all there needs.

The staff are all wonderful and try hard every day to make sure the needs of all residents are met in a positive, caring, and professional manner. Comfortable rooms, great food, and activities! All in all a great place to call home.

The food is so bad. Worst food for elderly. Bell peppers in everything, spicy sauces, very little protein. Salads here an there but simply head lettuce, no veggies.Bbq pizza over and over. The melon served seems to be the rind. Staff must be eating the heart. Staff is overwhelmed and the new additions are not qualified. The good staff are wearing 5 hats with no relief in site. This is the 3rd new ownership since my mom moved in.

A disappointing experience for my mother. Her cognitive and physical abilities declined over the short time she was there. She continued to lose weight and was largely isolated as she moved in during COVID. Lack of communication and timely response by staff to our concerns was underwhelming. Lots of promises unfulfilled. And when she left the facility, there was little attempt to provide empathy by management about the challenges both my mother and the staff were facing. The staff all seemed overwhelmed and tired, very little sense of stability there.

Im not one to give many reviews but just have to say that we have had a very good experience with Atria with my mother-in-law. Our other family members have not had the same positive experiences in the facilities they live in. At Atria, the staff seems to know them personally and truly have hearts that care. Weve eaten there on several occasions and even the food was better than expected. With one year now, I hope you keep up the good work.

Atria is a local assisted living facility in North Central Fresno. My Girl Scout Troop is very fortunate to be able to use one of their confrence rooms to do our troop meetings. Atria residents are always busy! I have seen many events going on when we come. I hear singing, BINO games being played, cooking and more. This place is bussling with activity! It has been a huge blessing for our troop to be invited to participate in many activities with the residents. Melissa C. has done a fantastic job orchestrating the ins and outs that it takes to get us on the schedule, complete paperwork needed, contacting me with service opportunities for the girls, and being quick with responses to questions we may have. The residents very much enjoy seeing our girls and talking with them. Atria is very much involved with the community around them!

My mom just moved from independent living to assisted living and the staff has all been extremely helpful and supportive. Especially Melissa, Crystal, Megan, Veronica and Isabel to just name a few. She has also met a lot of wonderful friends.

This is a beautiful facility for senior living. Very well kept up and always sparkling clean and neat in all public areas. All of the employees Ive had contact with are very friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very nice and spacious.

I love working with the staff at Atria Fresno. We work closely with them by providing home care and medical transportation to their residents. The staff is always friendly, caring and easy to work with. You are always greeted as you walk in to the lobby by a smiling face. Keep up the great work!!!! A++++++++

Atria is an assisted senior living facility in Fresno. The staff is welcoming, courteous, warm, respectful and the facility is very clean and well kept. My daughters Girl Scout Troop holds their meetings at Atria and it is great because we get to interact with the amazing residents and participate in different events in which we have had a great time.

My mom and dad have been at Atria for several years. They simply love living there! The programs and environment are wonderful. Just the other day during one of the entertainment nights, I watched as the residents were singing along with the Musician! It was heart warming to see the fun they were all having. Just one word of warning if you are considering having a family member live at Atria. They are serious about their Bingo games! : - )

The transition to Atria has been nice. Three meals a day, indoor hallways to get to the dining room, activities like yoga & Pilates plus a very accommodating staff.

A warm nice place to live. I have been a resident for 9 months. The staff and fellow residents are all very pleasant. The food is not the same as home but the choices make it good. The bus service is great. No need for a car.
