I was delivering a packing today at the Senior living facility. I don't know who the Receptionist was but she was the nicest person I have ever met. She was Working the morning shift today 8/21/24 and she gave me a Daisy and said this is for your troubles. There wasn't any trouble at all it was just an honest miscommunication moment. She was extremely professional and I hope management would recognize her for her awesome personality.

We moved my Dad here from Milwaukee. We love the location because it's close to our house. We have had an excellent experience with the care and staff. They are very supportive and compassionate. . The building is beautiful, the food is made from scratch and there are many activities for residents. I highly recommend this place for those needing assisted living.

Excellent guide, lovely building, beautiful rooms and nice location right near Hillsdale Mall and the walking path. It was a very nice visit and we are keeping the information on hand for a possible future move.

I have two family members, my mom and my sister, living at The Renaissance of Hilldale. They moved in the fall of 2022, with the intention of just giving assisted living a try! From the very beginning the ENTIRE staff has been warm and supportive, treating them like loved family members. The staff go above and beyond making sure the residents are cared for physically, emotionally and spiritually. This place has truly become their home.

My Mom has been a resident of Renaissance since May of 2022 and the family has noticed considerable improvement in her health and wellness and her emotional well being since moving in. Renaissance offers a good mix of physical, spiritual and social activities which has clearly benefited her while bringing peace of mind to the family. Staff is wonderful and caring. My parents love their new apartment at the Renaissance. They receive excellent care, are making new friends, and enjoy the beautiful spaces that this facility offers. We all especially love the 10th floor activities spaces! There is room for all of our extended family to gather and be together.

I had the pleasure to tour this newly remodeled community recently. Gorgeous does not begin to descried how beautiful this place looks. I was able to meet the Director, Sales team, Memory Care Nurse, Chef, and a number of other team members ready to welcome residents. Im excited to see the community open soon!

After the new renovation this is a beautiful building, but my favorite part is the memory care community called the Harbor. It's designed in a 1950's theme with a town diner, town clinic and a town theater to match the Majestic Theater downtown

We just returned from a visit to the new facility, not only is it beautiful, but the staff are completely awesome. The location can't be beat, too. It is wonderful to have a retirement center available on the near west side with so many amazing amenities. They even have a real French chef to prepare meals. Corporate representatives there have completely the right idea for providing services to seniors, and great ideas to create connections with residents and the community. If you're thinking about finding a full-service retirement option for yourself or loved one, you really should check it out. Opening soon.

The Presidents and VPs gather every week to cover the residents with prayer. The President also handwrites sympathy cards for every resident who passes away. Everyone I've met is passionate about their job and the level of care provided. I'm honored to say I work for this company.
