I have been a resident of Park Summit for four and a half years.During this time I have seen changes, some positive, some not. There has been a vast improvement in the food and dining service in the past several months. I’ve also seen a great improvement in the activities recently. As a result, I am participating more than in the past. Another positive is the business office. The young woman in charge is both efficient and responsive to residents needs. One negative is the condition of the building and the parking lot. The maintenance department is understaffed and, therefore the building and parking area is in poor condition. A facility such as this needs a full time director who is responsible for supervision and available to the residents daily. This, too, is a negative change

The transition from condo living to independent living was made easier due to the kindness and assistance from everyone at Park Summit. It is a big change, but my husband and I are doing well. Samantha is very attentive to all. Our apartment is large and accommodates all our needs. By the way, the food is tasty and an excellent variety. The food staff is very patient and kind. We made a good choice.

I moved into Park Summit almost three years ago. I look at 5 or 6 places before choosing this one.I took advantage of the three day free stay.I am confident that I made the right decision. The building here is considered a safe house. If there is a bad storm and other property's evacuate they would come here.The building is solid concrete, even the interior walls. All hurricane glass.huge back up generates. I have made many friends here.the food is great. Lots of activities with a caring activities director. All in all very happy here.

I moved my mom into Park Summit’s assisted living building just a few weeks ago, and stayed with her for a week while she got acclimated and comfortable. In my week there, I had the privilege of seeing first hand how amazing the staff is, displaying nothing but kindness and care to the residents, meeting their needs, providing top notch care, offering wonderful events and social activities, preparing delicious meals I could go on and on! From day one they made my mom feel welcome, important, and safe. The residents I met could not have been more pleased with Park Summit, with each assuring me I’d made the right choice for my mom. She has everything she needs in one building (which I appreciate, as it’s not overwhelming for someone with dementia), but she also has access to all of the offerings in the independent living buildings as well, with whatever assistance she may require from the staff. I feel confident she is in great hands and that she will thrive at Park Summit!

We toured several places before deciding on the Park Summit for Mom. Starting with Abbey the service and assistance from all has been terrific in getting Mom settled in. The 2 day visit prior to deciding helped Mom make friends even before moving in which was a huge plus. After 6 months she has made lots of friends, tried new activities and has even joined a committee. Even the maintenance staff has been great at getting her apt to feel like home.

Santos is one of the transportation drivers for Park Summitt. He has taken me twice to have my new glasses adjusted at my Eye Doctors. Last week when we went it took longer than usual and I told him to go to his next pick up and come back for me. While waiting for him the receptionist asked if he was my husband. I chuckled and told her no that he provided transportation from where I lived. She said he was so attentative to me she thought he was my husband! I told her he’s a very kind man and special, just like where I lived. The level of care and concern at Park Summit is priceless! I appreciate my pretend husband!

When my siblings and I had to make the difficult decision to move our mother out of her home of many years, we were determined to find a residence that could maintain her independence while also providing us with the reassurance that our mothers' health and safety would be improved while her quality of life was maintained. After visiting quite a few places, we found Park Summit and my impressions were that it would provide the environment and services that we were looking for. After our mother has been there nearly a month, we are very happy with our choice. We are seeing her adapting exceptionally well to her new environment and she is getting involved with many of the activities that Park Summit offers to their residents. We are seeing her very happy in her new surroundings and we are comforted by seeing her in a safer environment where the staff is both caring and professional in their interactions with our mother and all other residents we have seen.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I just moved my dad from NY to Florida and have had the most amazingly positive experience with the team at Park Summit. Abby, our sales counselor, has been the most friendly, efficient, and accommodating professional from the first call all the way through to moving my dad into the facility. Throughout the entire process, she and her team have bent over backwards to make this a good experience for my dad. From our initial discussions regarding budget, timing, and room size, Abby has worked to meet all my dad’s needs. We had LOTS of questions, and she patiently and thoroughly answered all of them, making sure we were comfortable with everything and that this was the right place for my dad. At move in this week, the maintenance folks were right on top of everything, making sure the room was clean, and everything was in good working order. They came in right away and hooked up my dad’s TV’s and computer (which was my dad’s priority). They also hung drapes, shelves and pictures, so it would feel like home for my dad. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism and friendliness of each and every staff member we’ve encountered at Park Summit. They really care about the health, wellness and comfort of their residents, and that’s evident in their interactions with the residents and their actions when something needs to be handled or addressed. I look forward to a great experience for my dad at Park Summit, and I can rest easily knowing he’s in good hands.

We are grateful to be able to have a second family member join the Park Summit community. For 4.5 years our Aunt called Park Summit home. She had a beautiful 2 bedroom unit and enjoyed the many perks of living in this community including great food and the dedicated staff who support her during her journey with Parkinson’s. This January we found ourselves facing decisions for our mother’s care. We called on Park Summit and were impressed with speed that Mika and Abby moved to help find an amazing unit and supported us to quickly have the unit ready in time for Mom’s hospital release. Mika and Abby met mom at the hospital and helped navigate paperwork quickly. The staff has been amazingly helpful, treating mom like a VIP. We appreciate the care and support from all on the staff. The assisted living team is awesome. ‘

My wife’s parents lived at Park Summit for about 2 years. For the last 6 months at least 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. So you have 1 elevator in a senior assisted living facility. If there were an emergency it would be a real disaster. There is no reason that an elevator should be out of service that long.

I just moved my mom in February for the second time. Its not easy for your parents to give that freedom up and move in independent/ assisted living. It might feel like their independence is being taking away but its not. It just putting them in a environment the is still independent but safe for them. Its scary too as family member that you want the best for your parents. The whole process with Cathy was on point. It wasn't easy getting my mom from where she was to where she is now but Cathy made there part so easy. She was always looking for the best options for my mom. Thank you Cathy Since she has been at Park Summit everyone has been amazing. Mary and her staff have help my mom so much with her health and well being. Mary is great resource and really cares about her patients. My mom is far from the easiest patient. But Mary and her crew and very patient with her. That gives me peace where she is at for that reason. We just want the best for our family. There is a lot of stories of places that give poor care out there. I feel like I am going to a 5 star hotel when I come to see her. Driving up with the fountain in front and big courtyard is so beautiful. The dinner hall is really relaxing with big windows with nice few outside. They do cater to the customers like a fancy restaurants. My mom is a very very picky eater and she complains all the time about food but she rarely if ever complaints about the food here and I have ate there it is not bad at all. They always have something going on from exercise to bingo to road trips. Body in motion stays in motion... There is no place out there is perfect but Park Creek was perfect for my mom and my family. If I could give them more stars I would! My mom's process of moving to Park Summit was a year and a half in the making. From our very first visit Abby Blacker made us feel right at home! The entire Park Summit family was all so welcoming and accommodating! My mom was hesitant to move because of the change but I knew it would be the perfect fit for her! And boy was I right! She has blossomed since moving in. She had friends calling her the first week she moved in wanting to go to dinner and wondering if she was coming to Bingo. My mom has some memory issues, and the reminders and phone calls she receives from Staff and friends has been wonderful. I'm very thankful to have found Park Summit! I know everyday my mom is being very well taken care of, eating nice meals and enjoying every minute of her new life at Park Summit.

After researching several retirement homes for my parents my brother and I decided on this one. Abby, one of the Sales Managers was so helpful. She understood our concerns and needs for our parents, assisted with finding movers, nurses, doctors, etc. She really just went above and beyond for us. The apartment we chose is beautiful. I am completing a one month stay at Park Summit in Coral Springs while visiting all my friends in Florida. My mom lived here for eight years before she passed and loved it because of the staff and how much they cared about their residents. Kathy Graziano is one of these people. She has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone on staff is friendly and respectful. The food is very good and housekeeping and maintenance do a great job. I will return next year.

Park summit is an awesome place for a senior family member! The staff is always so helpful and caring. Anytime a resident needs something they become first priority. The amenities are great from the beautiful pool to the outstanding meals that the kitchen serves. The building is very well kept from paving of the parking spots to the facade on the outside of the building everything is kept immaculate. The maintenance team is immeasurable. They respond very promptly and have service 7 days a week for any issues. The management team is very attentive to residents needs. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Coral Springs. A pharmacy and a grocery store are right down the street it is so convenient. Overall this place is awesome and I would highly recommend living at Park Summit!

My parents have been living in Park Summit for about three years. They are well cared for and the management and the office works closely with the families. My parents love their social life until COVID-19 which affected everyone. They are looking forward to the days when they can see their friends again. Park Summit was very responsible and taking care of all residents and following all guidelines. I am very pleased with the care they are given. They are also very pleased. 6/11/21. Another Review I’m sure you hear a lot of complaints about the dining room especially since there aren’t enough servers to properly take care of the clientele. I’m taking this opportunity to tell you about two outstanding service people that you have employed. They will do whatever they can to satisfy their customers and they have a lot of patience. They’re also competent. My husband and I were both former school principals and we recognize talent when we see it. Please give our commendation to: Keyona and Izaiah. Also please commend the gentleman that supervises the dining room. I think his name is Rodney. He does an excellent job with not enough help. We observed him encouraging the waiters and always pitching in to make sure the guests are satisfied. Park Summit is very fortunate to have these 3 individuals.

My god father and his partner moved into Park Summit over one year ago and they could not be happier. In fact, the move was made so easy and their quality of lives has improved. Both of them are welcomed and loved like they are family. My dad is so happy that he chose Park Summit that he recommends all of their senior friends to visit and to come live. Both of them are highly involved in the community on various committees that they rarely have a day that there is nothing going on. We are comfortable that they live in such a wonderful and caring environment. You can not put a price on the peace of mind knowing that your parents are well cared for in your absence and that the final years of their lives are nourished and productive.

Good morning, My dad passed away last week. I want to thank the entire staff at the Park Summit for the outstanding care and service we received over the years. I don't know how many families have had opportunity to experience all three levels of care, from independent living to the healthcare and assisted living. My parents were there for so many years! From the front desk, to the dining room staff to the nurse/aides and even the wonderful handyman that knew my parents and was always there with a smile and offering anything they could do to help. I am a new resident at Park Summit and I can say that this was not something I was looking forward to, due to packing, moving and not knowing anyone. That said, I am very happy that I made the move. The staff was wonderful, helping me through the entire moving process, changing addresses, setting up phone service, helping with a mover and setting up the apartment. I have made new friends very quickly, as the residents are very welcoming. This was a long process as I originally started looking in 2014 but kept deciding to stay home and Park Summit stayed with me through the years. I wish I had did this sooner because it is one of the best decision's I made......

She had a beautiful apartment, the food was great, lots of activities, she has a wonderful housekeeper and many friends. I truly believe that by being part of this kind of living we got to spend more time with her and she really thrived at Park Summit. The staff is outstanding and they truly love what they do, they became an extended part of our family while my grandmother was there.
