When companies don't take care of their staff and allow them their earned time off, staff get burnt out and care levels go down. It is not the staffs responsibility to make sure the facility has adequate staffing, it is the CEO, DON, and the corporations responsibility. If you take care of your staff, they will take care of your patients. PTO is earned and a benefit for staff. Have the respect to honor their time away to rest, relax, and re-coop; they deserve it. Maybe management needs to help cover the floor or you need to hire more PRN staff to give the FT staff a break when they ask; especially when its isn't the management team coming in to work every holiday.

The people here will screw you over in a heart beat. Do not even look into living here. They are cold-hearted, backstabbing individuals that are run by a monster who you don't want running the place your live or where your loved one lives!

From the 1st day my parents arrived they cant stop talking about how friendly and welcoming everyone is. My mother has been so grateful for all the wonderful friends she has made especially with the recent passing of my father. She says she doesnt know what she would have done without the caring people at aberdeen.

I have had my husband in and out of Aberdeen Village for nine years for rehab. He has actually been a resident In long term care now for over a year and we have been so happy and relieved to have him in such a wonderful, caring facility. I love the director, nurses, CNAs and all others employed there. My husband of feels the same. I have gone away from time to time for a week and rest assured that he will be well cared for. I am there almost everyday and have met people in independent living, assisted, as well as long term care and have only seen Happy well cared for residents.

Every experience my mother has had at Aberdeen and most recently at the Health Center has been positive. I highly recommend all the staff because they deeply care for those they serve. I thank God every day for the wonderful care in the Northgate community and Aberdeen Village.5 stars

We chose The PATH @ Aberdeen Village for dads rehab and were so pleased with the care he received that we chose to keep him there (within Aberdeen Village) for the long-term. From the moment we arrived there were people that cared and went above and beyond to help dad assimilate into his new surroundings. Highly recommend Aberdeen Village!
