Carolina Reserve is a beautiful Assisted living that does not feel like a facility. Everything is clean with pretty decor. My aunt’s room is spacious. Our experience started with Sharlynn who was exactly what was needed to make admission run smoothly. She came to my Aunt’s house and helped us choose furniture that would work well in the room. Sharlynn was attentive to our questions and got answers promptly. Sharlynn is the best front person for this company. In our opinion, the nurse Jennifer, is a tremendous asset for this company also. She has been so attentive to our Aunt. We can tell she sees our Aunt personally and hands on involved in her care. She has called me with updates and answered my texts and calls. She has such a calming attitude and appears to really care for the residents. The other staff working with my aunt have been extremely nice also. My family would definitely recommend Carolina Reserve as an A plus Assisted Living facility.

My mom is happy, feels safe and content. Room is always clean and so is the facility as a whole. Staff are very kind and engage with my mom whenever they see her. Wanted to update this review to recognize M&Mshe’s the activities coordinator for Carolina Reserve at Laurel Park. Mary’s energy is infectious and she keeps the residents busy with shopping trips, crafts, games and many other things. She really keeps the residents engaged. The medical folks (Tina, Kodie and other's) do a heck of job making sure our mom receives the best care while keeping us informed of any unexpected changes. That’s a huge plus as we are out of state. My wife and I visited over a dozen other locations around Brevard, Asheville, Mills River and Hendersonville. Have Char give you a touryou’ll be hard pressed to find a better place for your loved ones.

Relocated my mother into this facility two months ago. Met with their marketing expert Sharlyn for a tour and pricing details to determine if it was a good fit. She was very thorough and answered all questions concisely and with an infectious amount of energy and empathy. Their Director Lloyd was equally informative and his demeanor settles the anxiety that comes with making these hard decisions. Their nursing staff is so kind, caring and patient with my mom. Their activities staff, Joe and M&M bring energy, creativity and fun to every occasion every day. My mom has a new and positive attitude about no longer being able to live in her own home thanks to this facility and the importance they placed in how this facility is run and the resident's comfort and quality of life. If you are searching for a warm and welcoming environment for your aging loved ones...this is it.

Carolina Reserve has to be among the best assisted living facilities in Hendersonville. It must be extremely challenging to maintain consistently high standards in an industry as demanding as elder care, and my hat is off to them. I think anyone looking for a place where they or one of their loved ones can spend their final years would be well served giving Carolina Reserve a serious look.

Carolina Reserve is a very well maintained facility shout out to (Chris- quick and responsive to fix things). Its very clean, Dawn does an over-the-top steller job cleaning. (I have witnessed her in the hallway kneeling down to clean the baseboards!) Take a tour to see the facility, there's large a large sunroom, large kitchen, activity room, dining hall and a nice outdoor patio off the dining room. It has a gym fo therapy or a place to exercise. The employees are some of the most caring and friendly people I've encountered in my 25 years in health care. My mom's caregivers are awesome Anna, Stacy, Lucy, Shasta, Lorraine. The activity crew Tish and Monica are really great at what they do! Amanda is very helpful, especially during the transition process, and nailing the medical piece! Lloyd has a pulse overseeing everything, he has a very transparent style, answers all questions, is always very helpful! Michelle, she gets things done! It was a seemless move in process she obviously wears many hats and could use an assistant for all she does! Charlynn was helpful assisting in securing get a room! Samantha at the front desk is always so friendly and inviting. The food services director, Jennifer was very helpful making sure mom's diet is followed. I honestly believe and recommend that ALL the employees that work at Carolina Reserve should get an across the board $2.00 an hour Raise for exemplary compassionate caring! Thank you! My mother lived at Carolina Reserve of Laurel Park for almost 2 years before she passed in June 2019. The staff was always friendly, treated her with respect, and was responsive to all her needs. What I liked most about the place was how it always smelled fresh - not like a typical assisted living facility. When she was admitted to hospice, we chose to leave her at Carolina Reserve so she could continue to be cared for by people who really cared. There were plenty of organized activities to keep her busy. Sharlyn made the admittance process easy and the nursing staff was always open to my questions and requests.

I recently visited this facility on a recent trip to nearby Lake Summit. This facility is very upscale and offered superior amenities in relation to comparably priced living facilities, nationwide. When we brought my grandmother to see the property, she was, surprisingly, ready to give up Florida life for the Appalachian foothills. The staff is top notch and the patient to staff ratio appears to be above industry average by our family's research. This is a clear choice for families and loved ones in the Carolinas.
