I am deeply grateful for everyone at Seasons Gardens Assisted Living.A special thank you to Mimi and Ana for working with me not only during my mom’s transition, as well as assisting me whenever there is a challenge that needs to be addressed. for Carlitos, from the maintenance team, who is always there to help my mom with the small things that make a difference. Ozzie, Denise and Maria who always greet me with a smile no matter how many times I call or visit. The nurses and caregivers who offer attentive, gentle, and tireless care every single day. I want to especially thank Yaisa, Maria and Maira for their compassion, patience and professionalism. My mom can be a little difficult at times, so I especially appreciate the remarkable patience, kindness, and understanding that everyone consistently shows her. The calm reassurance, small acts of kindness, and respectful attention she receives mean more to me than words can fully express. Knowing she is treated with such dignity, respect, and genuine compassion brings me tremendous peace of mind. One area that I believe could make an already wonderful community even more special is the outdoor garden.With a bit more attention and thoughtful landscaping, it could become a truly tranquil sanctuary—filled with blooming flowers, shaded comfortable new seating, and peaceful spaces for residents and families to relax and connect. I sincerely hope this area continues to be enhanced, as it holds so much potential to bring even more beauty and comfort to the community. Additionally, I have occasionally noticed that certain indoor areas could benefit from a fresher, more consistent scent throughout the facility. A more pleasant and inviting aroma would further enhance the already clean and caring environment and make visits even more comfortable for residents and families alike. I would also like to share a small concern regarding residents’ clothing. On a few occasions, items have been lost, returned damaged or more worn than expected, suggesting they may not always be handled with sufficient care during laundering. I understand how demanding daily operations are and appreciate all efforts to keep residents comfortable.This is simply a constructive note in the hope that extra attention in this area may help preserve personal belongings. I want to thank all the staff at Season Garden for the excellent and professional work they do with our parents. I am so grateful to everyone for the wonderful care, the food, the cleanliness, the personal attention given to our loved ones, the excellent treatment from the nurses, the administration, and the staff who directly care for our parents. Today is the 3rd day since my dad moved into Seasons Gardens, and here is my 1st review. My dad transitioned from a place in Kissimmee, FL, where he didn't receive the proper care. I found him very thin and frail upon my visit(s). Fast forward to 3 days later to today, he is eating well, bathed and smelling good, involved in activities, with a good care plan in place, sitting up on his own and looking stronger already. Thank you, Administration, Nursing and Care Takers, for providing excellent service and giving me a sense of peace, knowing my dad is well cared for at Seasons Gardens! I'm grateful... Thank you!

First my mom has been here 2 years now and the new administration has been making amazing changes on everything the care here is ’ they have caring staff it's always clean a lot of activities,events but the new chef Admid is 10 stars he's loving with all the residents involves himself totally to bringing fresh gourmet meals healthy choices all with excellent touch to each meal he has many new meals in his pocket! I'm so at peace knowing my mom is here under all of them her she is treated like a Queen. Thank you Seasons Gardens South for all you do especially Chef Admid

I am writing to highly recommend Seasons Gardens Assisted Living Facility. From the moment we met the director, Mimi, we felt reassured and confident in our choice. Mimi has been incredibly attentive and supportive, helping us navigate areas where we had no experience. She went out of her way countless times on behalf of our father , even making phone calls to a rehab facility when needed. The care provided by the staff has been exceptional. Nurse Liliana has been professional and kind, ensuring our father receives the best care possible. The CNAs, Maria and Monica, have also been wonderful, providing compassionate and attentive care. We were warmly greeted by the greeter, Ozzie, each time we visited, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The entire team at Seasons Gardens has demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Seasons Gardens has truly made a positive difference in our lives, and I am grateful for their outstanding service. It's a wonderful place; the care is highly specialized, compassionate, and professional. My mother is with them and receives excellent care 24 hours a day. My mother is 102 years old and is loved and pampered by everyone with affection and respect.

Wonderful, beautiful, loving place for your loved ones ! Amazing professional staff lead by their very caring administrator Sonia Gil. Impeccably clean, friendly competent nursing and ancillary personnel rounding frequently on their patient's. Safety is definitely a priority at Seasons Gardens! My loved one is very happy in his new spacious private unit and love's the food & friendliness of everyone around him. I'm very thankful and grateful to all the staff and would highly recommend Seasons Gardens to my family and friends.

I would of gave it a 5 because my dad use to be here and the amount of love and care they provide my dad was awesome. Unfortunately it was too far and I need him closer . Now I moved closer to there location but since they change management they dont have all the license required certain patient to come to this facility. it's a shame but it is a beauty of a place .

Very clean and serene facility in the Kendall area. Toured the facility in order to see the renovations taking place and was impressed and delighted with what I saw. The new wing is looking very modern and stylish with beautiful wooden floors, the patio area is highly charming and has great outdoors furniture, as well as a huge backyard area that is very well kept and seems like a park. The staff was incredibly friendly, informed and helpful. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a active, caring, state of the art lifestyle.
