Autumn Springs was identified as a potential solution, and upon our initial inquiry, we were promptly connected with Margo. Margo's responsiveness and dedication were truly remarkable. Her willingness to meet with us on a Sunday underscored her commitment to addressing our time-sensitive needs. Through her expert coordination and the collaborative efforts of your team, my sister-in-law’s transfer was orchestrated with impressive speed and efficiency, resulting in her successful relocation to Autumn Springs by Monday. The entire process was handled with a level of professionalism and care that significantly alleviated our family's stress. During our interactions, every staff member we encountered demonstrated an exemplary degree of professionalism, empathy, and competence. It is clear that Margo's strong leadership and meticulous management contribute to a highly efficient and nurturing environment. Autumn Springs is definitely a five star amazing place. My mother has lived there nearly 7 years and loves Margo, the administrator, and all the staff! They are professional, warm hearted, care about and respect the residents. She appreciates getting the help she needs as well as having her own privacy when she wants it. There are activities daily, doctors who come to the building so she doesn’t have to go out, as it is hard for her to walk too far. The building is secure and safe; clean and good food served 3 times a day. I live out of state and it comforts me knowing she is very well taken care of care of. This could all not happen without the dedication to everyone by Margo Ball! Thank you Autumn Springs-Billings, Montana!!!!!

This review is to the comments made in December by a disgruntled employee. At Autumn Springs we do not work short staffed. If staff calls in, it is covered by another employee. I'm sure this staff member was terminated for not doing an excellent job. As far as drinks in rooms, of course they can have drinks in their rooms. Residents have their own refrigerator! There is always food for any resident at any time. If we do not have seconds and they are still hungry, they are offered another item. Per state law, the state does come into the building and has given Autumn Springs an excellent rating! Stop by for a tour anytime!

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT WORK HERE DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE. Margo Ball doesn’t care about her residents let alone her workers.. she will let them work short and that can be a perfect time for your family member to get hurt and be left without being checked on because there is only one worker. Residents are treated like little kids and punished. Food is not enjoyable let alone enough for even seconds. Not allowed to have drinks in their room but according to law water is suppose to be offered at all times for residents. I could keep going but see for yourself. State should be in here more often.

Worst place ever treat these grown adults like children. And these people and family pay a lot for this place. Told no to seconds told no to drinks in their own room that they rent. Workers are treated very poorly from management and [name removed] and [name removed] should be looked into….oh and they took away bingo from them once again treating them like children…

My Dad just moved in to Autumn Springs Assisted Living last week. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. It has 52 residences, a dining area, and a recreational area. It is clean, the food is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is secure. Margo assisted us with the paperwork, eagerly answered all of our questions, and made the process simple all while keeping up a running banter with my father, who by the way just loves her. Both my Dad and I were hesitant about this move to assisted living, but he has been able to retain his independence while still getting the help he needs. The only complaint he has had in the last 10 days is that they wake him up at 5:30 in the morning so he can take his pill before breakfast is served. Breakfast is a couple of hours later, and it appears the early morning shift is responsible for the meds, while the new shift is responsible for breakfast. Autumn Springs Assisted Living is well worth the money. Take a tour and see for yourself.

My sister has resided at Autumn Springs for a little over 2 years. The family and I are extremely pleased with the management, staff, and quality of living she is receiving. If you or a loved one are searching for a place, look no more. I do suggest you take a tour, meet some of the residents and see for your self, you too will also be pleased you stopped by.

My mom has a been a resident for 3 months, she and our family are glad that we selected Autumn Springs for her assisted living residence. We looked at several assisted living facilities in the Billings area and Autumn Springs stood out as the best. The management and staff are helpful and pleasant, the food is good, and the facility is clean and well maintained.

Both my parents and my wife's parents are living at Autumn Springs. The staff is very caring and pleasant to everyone; they work hard to assist the residents with everything possible. Because this facility is smaller than many others, every resident can be on a first name basis with the staff, making Autumn Springs much more like home than many facilities we have visited. When helping our parents decide to move, we visited many facilities; Autumn Springs is by far the best fit. Instead of bells and whistles, Autumn Springs offers the qualified help and caring to give our family members the comfort and dignity they deserve. I have and will continue to recommend Autumn Springs Assisted Living to everyone.
