My Mom has been a resident of The Bridge at Longmont for a little over two years now, and we are incredibly grateful to have found this community. The staff is truly amazing”they know all of the residents and their families by name, which brings so much peace of mind. I love that the staff and activities continue to improve because they actually listen and implement changes when residents request things. I highly recommend The Bridge to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and responsive place for a loved one or themselves!"

I had the honor of caring for a resident at the bridge and can’t say enough good things about this community! Everyone is so welcoming, kind and up lifting. There is a strong sense of community here and the residents will speak to that. From the activities, to the transportation, to the tasty menu (lots of daily options) you can tell the staff cares deeply about the residents and their well being. I would recommend The Bridge to anyone needing extra assistance to maintain their quality of life. Thank you to the staff at the Bridge and all you do!

I chose The Bridge for my mother after visiting a number of assisted living facilities, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. She has been there a little over a year and has made many friends and enjoys the numerous activities. The employees are so kind, caring, and compassionate. They do their utmost to ensure the residents are well cared for and happy. The meals are good and give the residents different options at each meal. Periodically families are invited to share special meals in honor of a holiday or season. I have nothing negative to say and feel reassured knowing my mother is in good hands.

My mom has been there for nine months now and just loves it there, she has dementia and feels very comfortable there because of the GREAT staff. They have thought of everything there to care for your love ones in a very loving way. We are blessed to have a place like this in our area. Thanks to everyone at the Bridge in Longmont!

I can’t say enough positive things about Bridge Assisted Living. From the moment you walk in, there’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. The staff goes above and beyond”always attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in the well-being of each resident. It’s clear they take the time to build meaningful relationships, not just provide care. One of the standout features is the food”consistently excellent, with a variety that keeps things interesting and enjoyable. The daily ice cream social is a highlight that residents look forward to, creating a fun and social environment that brings everyone together. Management deserves special recognition for their understanding and compassion, especially when it comes to working with families and navigating unique situations. Their communication is thoughtful and reassuring, which makes a big difference during important transitions. The location is another plus, with ample parking that makes visits easy and stress-free. It’s also conveniently situated near several great taquerias, giving visitors and residents alike some fantastic nearby dining options. Overall, Bridge Assisted Living delivers an exceptional experience, combining quality care, a vibrant community, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be truly cared for.

Great place, great people, great food, my parents love it here. Thank you.
May 2026
The Bridge at Longmont is a very welcoming and comfortable place for your parents. My Mom lived there for almost three years and was very happy there. They have a very nice dining room, with tablecloths and waiters. They also have separate smaller dining rooms where your family can eat together and even bring in your own food if you want. Their food and selection is great (including their ice cream parlor). Their caregivers are very loving and patient with the residents. The rooms are large, and the cleaning team does a superb job, as well as doing all their laundry and changing the bedding. They have a Beauty Parlor on site, a physical therapy room, and a very nice covered patio with lots of rocking chairs. They have lots of daily activities and also do field trips with their bus. You can also get transportation to local Doctor appointments, or even go on shopping trips! I recommend The Bridge for your loved ones.

We've have an excellent experience at The Bridge at Longmont. The staff has been welcoming, kind , friendly and very helpful. On the day my dad moved in, the entire staff, took the time to welcome him and refer to him by name. They have all been incredibly helpful and have provided good communication to the family, as needed. The price is very reasonable and the food is restaurant quality with a nice variety of options at every meal. It's a very personable and friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond numerous times for my dad. Meredith Brady, Executive Director, is doing a great job leading this facility. I would highly recommend this facility to other families.

Caring, professional, friendly staff. Clean and bright. Lots of activities if you’re looking for that. Our 82 year old parkinson mom has been here for exactly 2 years now and is in great hands. Staff is very prompt when reaching out to them. Truly cares. Highly recommend.
December 2025
My mom lived at the Bridge for just under a year prior to her recent passing at the grand age of 101. One of my regrets is that I didn't talk her into moving there sooner. I was very impressed with the staff at the Bridge, from the director, Meredith, to Lindsay, the health director, down to the many caretakers and other staff members who helped my mom during her time there. Communication was always prompt and courteous and my questions were always answered quickly. The staff seems to enjoy working there even though their jobs are anything but easy. They plan so many activities for the residents to do and enjoy and the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. It is evident that they really care for their residents. I find that so rare in these places. I would highly recommend the Bridge to anyone that is considering placement of their loved one and I've even joked with the staff that I'm ready to put my name down on the list for future residency!

We enjoy moving clients into The Bridge. The staff are always so wonderful -- they really focus on ensuring the relocation goes smoothly and their seniors are settled in as quickly as possible. We love seeing other clients that we have helped move -- getting a good hug and conversation. I need to get there for bingo! The Bridge is a great community!

I have had clients here and it is always a joy visiting them. The staff is always friendly and caring! They take great care with the grounds and interiors, so the community is beautiful no matter the season. When I visit at mealtimes, the food smells wonderful. All in all, a great place to visit! When can I retire here?!

My aunt lived at The Bridge for about a year and a half until she passed away recently. The staff at The Bridge is amazing. You can tell they really care about the residents and enjoy their jobs. The facility is clean, well-cared for, and up to date. Every day I knew that my aunt was being not just cared for but really loved by the people that saw her every day. Truly, it is a great facility. I cannot express how much I appreciate everyone there for being so kind, patient, and gentle with my aunt.

For the most part the aids do everything possible to help residents. Some even do extra things to make residents more comfortable. That trait speaks volumes for their efforts.
November 2023
My mother has been at the Bridge for over three years. I couldn’t ask for better care than what she has received from the staff at the Bridge. Friendly, compassionate, and attentive, every one of the staff has far exceeded my expectations!

December 2022
If you need a caring place to put a family member needing assistance, this is the place to choose. From the moment we walked in Meredith has been so kind, helpful and understanding. Having to make a choice to place our mom in assisted living she made us ensure we made the right decision. From the activities, food and events they host for the residents and family members is amazing. So please if you have to make the same decision I did, choose The Bridge.
December 2022
It's been very good for my Dad. The staff has taken such great care of him, even through the pandemic.
December 2021
From Day 1, everyone has done everything they can to help my mother transition into assisted living. The reception, dining, housekeeping, nurses, and maintenance staff - ALL have been extremely nice going out of their way to help. We're grateful for the peace of mind knowing she is so lovingly cared for while we work. Tim

The Bridge at Longmont is a beautiful facility. The apartments are very nice and very convenient to all public areas. The staff is wonderful and attentive at the needs of the residents. I have a dear friend staying at the Bridge at Longmont and I am very pleased with the care he is receiving.
December 2021
We became aware of the need to find care for our aging parents a short time ago. We wanted someplace where they would still be able to enjoy some independence but receive the support they need to be safe and healthy. We feel so very lucky and blessed to have found The Bridge. The staff have all been kind and caring. They are responsive and efficient. Food has been amazing as well! It’s given us such peace to know that they are safe and able to be as independent as possible, but know that someone is happy and available to assist them at the push of a button.
December 2021
The Bridge has been so helpful to my parents, providing all the assistance they need to live comfortably and safely. They provide meals, laundry service, housekeeping, health checks and so much more. Their services and community have been invaluable to our entire family.
December 2021
So disappointed in the Senior Management with The Bridge @ Longmont. Within two hours of signing the lease for my mother’s assisted living apartment and set to move her in the following day, the Executive Director, Shirley McNeff, denied her residency. Ms. McNeff never took the time to meet nor speak directly with my mom or family to discuss any concerns with welcoming her to The Bridge. While pleading with Shirley over the phone for a reason for her sudden and last-minute reversal, I learned her misinformed and misguided decision was based solely on a nurse’s -- not associated with the facility -- brief and stressful visit with my mother. The “nurse” didn’t have the decency to say Goodbye when he was finished and got up from the table and walked out the door when he was done! Ms. McNeff would not reconsider her decision even after another fully qualified nurse and the Bridge’s own Sales Manager, both of whom spent an hour with my mom on separate occasions, acknowledged to the Director that she would be a good fit for the assisted living community. Shirley’s lack of compassion, disregard for the extreme emotional strain placed on my family, and insincere “I’m so sorry” still infuriates me to this day. When the Sales Manager first mentioned to me that the Executive Director has been at the Bridge since day one (25+ years) – apparently, a rarity -- my gut reaction was not impressed. I was unsure why I had this feeling, but after the horrific treatment and her arrogance in saying, “this is my decision, and my decision is final, period!” I understood my intuitive feelings. She has become complacent in her managerial position, uncaring for those truly in need, and content with the emotional scars inflicted upon a family at their height of despair. I hope no other family goes through a similar eleventh-hour kick to the curb. Perhaps one day, the Bridge at Longmont will hire a sympathetic and compassionate Executive Director. Forgiven but not Forgotten!
November 2021
My 97 year old father has lived at the Bridge for several months. The care provided is second to none and the entire staff is kind and friendly. I get frequent updates about concerns and anytime I make a request I get a very quick response. The facility decor is pleasant, if dated, and the entire place is clean and in good repair. The residents are welcoming and friendly to there residents and visitors. I heartily recommend The Bridge at Longmont.
November 2021
Meredith Brady, Sales Director, assisted my family as we continued the search for the best path forward with our dad and his need for advanced care. She was nothing less than professional and thorough from the first conversation via phone, through my facility tour with her, and subsequent conversations. On my tour I met the executive director who has been there 23 years, and other staffers who have been there for numerous years. The Bridge Resident Care Director is someone I know personally, and is one of the most caring, grounded persons who was involved in my father’s successful rehab program at The Bridge’s sister company, Life Care Center of Longmont, eight years ago. I told the staff when I finished my tour and visit, if Dad doesn't move to The Bridge I will be if and when I return to Longmont!
July 2019
Transitioning a loved one into assisted living is not an easy step. The entire management team and staff welcomed our Mother, as well as our entire family with open arms. She recently passed away leaving behind many friends and acquaintances and in the time she was at the Bridge she was genuinely cared for by all. Our family cannot thank them enough, we truly honor these wonderful caregivers for their love, genuine sincerity, kindness and respect for our loved one and will be forever grateful.
April 2019
I visited The Bridge at Longmont when looking at other communities for my mother. Nancy, Shirley, and the other employees where so very nice and informative. Mom is not currently ready to move into a community but the employees call periodically to ask how my mother is doing. Something that really impressed me a lot is that every time that I have visited the home, I have always seen many residents walking around or playing cards or bingo. They were all smiling and happy. When I spoke to several of them, they all said that they loved living at The Bridge.
March 2019
My family made the decision to move our parents into assisted living and was a hard decision to make. The Bridge is amazing, the staff is the best!! We feel extremely fortunate to have been able move them into the absolute best place!! We are very impressed with every aspect of The Bridge and very highly recommend this place to anyone that has a concern about having to move their family members into assisted living.

The Bridge assisted living facility in Longmont provided a safe and caring environment for my mother. She lived there for almost 8 years and made many friends both with the staff as well as other residents. It was a difficult decision to move her into assisted living but we found the calm, comfortable environment and professional attention the residence receive a comfort to both her as well as us.
March 2018
We were blessed to have our Mom at The Bridge since June 2017. They have the most caring and loving staff, from the Executive Director to every care worker. Everyone we came in contact with was respectful, compassionate and a joy to work with. It is a beautiful facility. Special thanks to Shirley, Peggy, Nikki, Lindsay, Sunny, Devilyn and all those too numerous to mention. I cannot give them a high enough rating!
July 2017
We highly recommend The Bridge for your loved ones. Our mom called The Bridge home for 5 years. The Bridge is beautifully decorated, well-maintained with good food and activities. The staff has been caring, helpful and attentive from the time she moved in until the time she moved out. Nurses “ Nikki and Lindsey managed meds and doctor visits with expertise and dedication. They always made time to communicate with doctors and family. Shirley and Lisa are excellent administrators, concerned for and responsive to the residents and their families. David is a super maintenance guyalways willing and able to fix things. All of the front desk staff get messages to the right staff members, field a zillion of our questions, and always greet us warmly. To all of the staff, thank you. We were always reassured that our mom was in the best hands.
November 2016
Shirley, Lisa, Sunny, Nicki, Lindsey and the rest of the staff are the best. Friendly, warm and made my mother fill at home. The care given is unmatched and my mom felt like she was just in her own home...
October 2016
My mother is very happy at the Bridge. She had to move to Assisted Living after her stroke and although she had to leave her home of 30+ years, it didn't take her long to feel comfortable in her new home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They call if they have a concern about how my mother is doing and are always very responsive when I have a concern myself. I have been very happy with our choice of The Bridge at Longmont for my mother's care.

Compassionate, caring staff that has made my Dad's transition to assisted living an easy one. Dad is truly the happiest I have seen him in a long time. He is well cared for and treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
May 2014
My Mom has been at the Bridge for over 5 years now. When looking at assisted living places we found 3 we were interested in. Like Goldilocks, we wanted to find the a place that was "just right". We did a pros and cons list to see what was important and I am pleased to say "we chose wisely". The General Manager and Business Office provide excellent leadership for the staff. The Bridge staff give 200% of themselves in their care, wellness and support for all residents. The staff works together helping each other across the departments to ensure all residents receive the excellent care they so rightly deserve. The nursing staff works well with the doctors and the family's to make sure the residents needs are addressed and taken care of. The food is wonderful and the activities are fun. They keep everyone as busy as they would like to be. EVERYONE SMILES. It's a happy place. I smile every time I walk in the door to visit my Mom and am so thankful my Mom is happy and living in such a wonderful place.
May 2014
As with most of us, moving my parents to an assisted living facility was one of the hardest things I have ever done; however, the Bridge personnel actually made the experience enjoyable. Shirley started with answering all of our questions without making us feel like it was a sales talk and made sure that my parents (confused and hard of hearing) were part of the decision making. The fact that my father chose the Bridge over all the other facilities we visited probably says more than anything I could say here. Everyone- and I mean everyone - made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Over the two years that my parents lived there, the facility provided excellent care, going well beyond what was expected to make sure that both of my parents were happy, secure, had the medical attention they needed and were involved. They also made sure that the rest of the family was involved and informed. Another facility may have been able to provide the care my parents needed, but the Bridge provided family. When my parents passed away (a month apart) everyone was there for our family providing support and sympathy. I had always been blown away at the personal touches the staff provided so I shouldn't have been surprised as they shared our grief with us. I still stop by to see my extended "Bridge" family because they became a part of our lives, not just people doing their job. I cannot say enough about them. They were truly wonderful and I miss them.
