Wagner Heights is an amazing Community! From transportation to activities it's a very social community.

I’m surprised to see all of these negative reviews because my grandfather had a good experience while I’m rehab last year. The whole admitting process was smooth, the staff was great and very attentive to my grandfather. I would definitely recommend going there or sending your family members there.

my aunt was there a while ago recovering from a bad fall. The Nursing Staff were great and showed much kindness. I ate lunch with her a few times, Enjoyed it in the Dinning room☺️
