My husband and I have been at Aspen Trace for over 7 years. I fell down the stairs in our house and it was decided that we needed to be in a safer place with no stairs. We have been happy with the staff help in assisted living. Ashley Handy is easy to work with. The servers in the dining room are helpful and friendly. Another Ashley(I don't know her last name) is super in helping anyone or any place that needs help. All the nurses and aides are willing to help or get help if needed. A problem there is quite often workers leave but that is happening everywhere. I am not happy about the lack of appliances - stove, disposer and such. This is all for safety and expense but it is a long way from home. The residents are friendly and seem satisfied with the situation.

This place has gone down hill. They can't keep help. The food is aweful.. I slept in pee clothes all night. I sent to have them washed for 2 days they still were not back. Not come back here

My brother was a patient there, they were constantly understaffed, he fell a total of 6 times there once while in door seven had layed on the floor hollering for help for a long time he said around an hour and when I visited if you put the call button on sometimes you would wait for 20-25 minutes. There were a few nurses aides that were good but mostly everything else was horrible when he was transfered to door 3 one Sunday when I went to visit there was only one nurse there frantically trying to answer the phones tend to the patients all by herself because no one else had shown up for work. She did get on the phone to call for help which she did get about 30-45 minutes later. I would never recommend this place to anyone who has a loved one that cannot walk or communicate. Having said all that there were a few good people there such as a few of the CNA'S.

Diaden and company have been so super-gracious to my mother-in-law ever since she moved into Aspen Trace. We have dined with her (lunch and dinner) probably 40 times already, and the food has always been exceptional. It is such a pleasure to be greeted by such gracious staff and taken care of, and how they remember everybody's name, I haven't a clue. When I grow up, I want to go to assisted living at Aspen Trace.

We put my mom in Aspen Trace going on 4 years, and it is a very clean facility and the environment is friendly and like family, mom is very happy here and it feels like home to her. We very much appreciate the staff at Aspen Trace (Gina) working so fast to get my MIL a bed for rehab. Her nurse, Estel, has been such a blessing. She engages with my MIL so well and we leave each visit feeling like she is well taken care of. She's not loving the food, but she's use to her home cooking. Overall we are satisfied with the facility and plan to move her into the assisted living soon.

This is a clean facility with great staff. They were wonderful communicating and coordinating through Covid. There are staff struggles like everywhere but management is proactive so they have fared better. Nurse Estelle Martin is EXCEPTIONAL! She treats all of the residents as her own loved ones.

John Jenkins is a QMA that helped my Mom out during her stay. He was so patient and kind, he was so knowledgeable, he let me know how to take care of bruises, he was so kind and patient. Never once complained, always had a pleasant attitude, a calming spirit and Aspen Trace is so lucky to have him. We were so lucky John took care of our Mom, we wouldn't have wanted anyone else. I hope Aspen Trace knows how lucky they are to have a qualified employee who cares about his patients the way John does. He definitely deserves some recognition.

We have been pleased overall with Aspen Trace/Assisted Living. My mom really likes living there. There are many great staff members in assisted living. QMA, Cindy McCarter, is a tremendous asset to Aspen Trace. She is always calm, friendly & caring. She cares about my mom, and also her cat. She makes suggestions, if needed, to help my mom. She also gently insists on helping my mom in & out of our car for hospital trips. The first time she did this, I noticed how good she is at it, so I've never worried about Mom's safety when with Cindy. Any time Cindy mentions a co-worker, she is always positive & complimentary towards them, and you don't find this often in work environments.

My parents moved to Aspen Trace Assisted Living in 2020. They took wonderful care of them throughout the pandemic. When my father passed away in 2022, the entire stuff was there to support my mother and the rest of the family. Cindy spent extra time with her to make sure she was doing well. There have been some personnel changes since them, and our experience has only gotten better. Debbie has always been helpful whenever we have questions and keeps us informed about any concerns with my mother.

You will not find a better place for your loved one to be cared for then at Aspen Trace. They are hands down, The absolute BEST in the business! Bar None.. Ive witnessed the staff multiple times at Aspen Trace, Im willing to bet, The review by Carl White. Isnt a legitimate review. Just by reading the entire review, This was more likely a former employee who had an axe to grind. There is NO WAY! What he claimed to have happened to his loved one Actually happened. The staff is beyond attentive to their residents. And I guarantee the Management Team, Would have caught that kind of unacceptable behavior. The Management team actually follows up on their employees and theres no way that stuff would have occurred. Please dont allow the ramblings of Im willing to bet, A former employee to affect your decision. Go to the facility and see for yourself. Once you visit and your, Youll see the standards they have and that none of that, Would have taken place.

This is the second time my husband has received care at Aspen Trace. The reason I requested Aspen Trace the 2nd time is because of the excellent care he received the first time. I can say this with full confidence because I stayed day and night with him the first time and witnessed the exceptional care he received. I have also been here most of the time this visit and I cant thank them enough for the high quality of care he has received. Everyone from the nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists,occupational therapists as well as the nurses, CNAs, even housekeeping and kitchen staff have gone above and beyond every single day in every circumstance. I cannot recommend this facility enough!

This is a very warm, friendly, nicely decorated and caring individuals. The OT and PT people helped me tremendously. The food is good too. I will be facing surgery very shortly. My grandma was here for a short stay. The staff was super friendly. The building is always clean and smells great. I cant tell you how many nursing homes I have been to where it smells like urine and the CNAs arent approachable. This place is awesome! They made us feel like family! These people care unlike the Hearth at Stones Crossing. Mom was always clean and she was in the Memory unit. Now that she has pasted they took care of the billing. New what we owed right away and they even discounted for the days she wasnt there. Great place for mom.

My Mother - in - Law is a Resident on Cherished. The staff provides excellent, Actually exceptional care not just to her, But to all of their residents. They dont treat them like Patients They treat them like they were their family members. I have a relative who works for an ASC Community, Ive personally witnessed them yell at and on one occasion a staff member was a little rough physically with one of their patients. They rarely at ASC ( At least the facility ) Call their patients by name, They address them by their respective room number! Thats disrespectful. The folks at Aspen, Know their patients by name and address them as such. The way the staff treats the residents is a very, very refreshing. The management team treats the staff very, Very well. And that leadership, Truly has a trickle down affect. Everyone smiles, Says Hello when you pass them in the Halls. I would 100 percent, Recommend Aspen Trace to anyone looking for a place to have their loved one looked after in their Golden Years.Kudos to everyone at Aspen Trace! Keep up the great work!

Aspen Trace is wonderful! The whole process of moving my mother into her new apartment went very smooth.. Starting with Aimee, the marketing director going above and beyond making sure the apartment was ready and met our expectations. Meeting Aimee for the first time and taking a tour of the property with her really put me at ease. Aimee was so professional and easy to work with, I felt as though she was family and had my mothers best interest in mind.. Tori was the weekend nurse that welcomed my mother on her first day and made sure all her needs were taken care of.. I cant say enough about the nursing staff being so attentive and kind to mother, making her feel so comfortable in just a few days , she knew she was where she needed to be!The dinning room is beautiful with the sweetest ladies who welcomed mother and made sure she made her way to a comfortable table quickly learning her likes and dislikes.. Therapy and the activities director are equally as great! Knowing that my mother is happy and being cared for as if she were a family member is very reassuring that we made the right decision in choosing Aspen Trace!

I am so grateful for the outstanding care and compassion that my loved received while getting rehab at Aspen Trace! The therapy team and nursing staff were very helpful to answer any of our question and showed our family love and respect. After my family member was reaching his goals in therapy and his stay at the facility was coming to an end, the therapist actually came to our house to complete a home assessment. During our home assessment the therapist made recommendations to help us create a safer environment for our loved one. The building was beautiful and clean, and also the food was delicious. If you want your family to receive kindness and compassion during their time of need, I would highly recommend anyone to send their loved one to this beautiful nursing home and rehab facility!

Assisted Living Center uses the term "assisted living" or "personal care" to inform users that a community provides assistance with some Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). It may not meet your state's legal definition required for that level of care.
