On Friday at noon my mother was unexpectedly discharged from the hospital into my care. Just 2 days before Father's Day. Needless to say it was a very stressful situation. I did my research and found an assisted living situation that was close and clean. I called on a Friday afternoon and I heard from Jason on a Saturday and scheduled a tour for Tuesday. Which is amazing. It seems like a small thing, but knowing I had an option made the stress more bearable. Once I saw the location and met with Jason and Melissa I knew it was the perfect fit. I haven't looked anywhere else. Melissa was amazing and helped me through all of the paperwork and processes. I can't say enough about these two. They could see we needed help and they rose to the occasion. We are still going through the process, but I couldn't ask for a better place for my mom.

We wanted to make sure that Lacey Creek gets the praise they deserve. For these past few years it had been the home of our dear family member and This place understands how to combine work with loving kindness and teamwork . My friend's and family were amazed from the front desk to the nursing staff to the maintenance to the excellent communication. It proved to be a most excellent choice. Thank you Lacey!!

The community is beautifully maintained, with inviting common areas and thoughtfully designed apartments that provide both comfort and privacy. The grounds are immaculate, offering plenty of outdoor spaces where residents can enjoy nature or simply relax in a peaceful environment. In addition to the exceptional care, the community offers a wide range of activities and social events that keep residents engaged and connected. From fitness classes to arts and crafts, there's always something happening that promotes socialization, mental stimulation, and physical well-being. The residents all seem happy, and it was clear that they enjoyed the rich sense of community and camaraderie that flourishes here.

Lacey Creek of Downers Grove provides a safe, caring environment where my Mother is thriving. She calls it her "forever home". It's a place that allows her privacy if she wants it as well as multiple levels of activities and programs she can participate in as she chooses. Her concerns and opinions are valued. The other residents and staff are almost family to her. As a family member of a resident, I would definitely recommend looking at Lacey Creek of Downers Grove for yourself or a family member! Lacey Creek is a cheerful place. It's sunny, clean and safe indoors and out. The neighborhood is a friendly residential area. Residents in the neighborhood walk their dogs and visit with Mom and her friends as they walk along the sidewalks. Their homes and yards provide a perfect backdrop for the Lacey Creek community. On-site heath care is also addressed nicely for those living at Lacey Creek. Therapy, nursing care, doctor visits are part of what is offered here, too. Competent, friendly CNAs are assigned to residents and come to know them well.

The nursing staff is excellent! My number one priority is that my mom will be cared for and she definitely is! Her call lights are answered promptly, I have no worries about her safety. The CNA’s take excellent care of my mom and they go above and beyond for her, and for that we’re so blessed. Walking down the halls, everything is clean, smells clean and staff is very friendly. I’m so thankful there’s a place like this so close to my home.

I could not be happier with the care my sister is receiving at Lacey Creek. The staff is very helpful and concerned for her well being. Very friendly people always trying to get her involved in events. Clean and safe facility. Food ok, but to be expected in this type of facility. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. Highly recommend.

Lacey Creek is wonderful place for our father to live! He is well cared for, keeps busy with activities, and has made some special friendships. The staff is helpful and the facility is well kept. His quality of life has improved greatly since moving here.
