We want to send a thank you note to St. Lukes and all employees that worked in the St. Lukes facility the past year. My husband's brother Don Marshall spent the past several months in the Carthage, MO facility. The past few months his wife Janice also stayed at the Carthage MO facility. Our Marshall family wants to thank them for all their wonderful care and support given to Donnie (Don) and Janice while they were patients there. Thank you for all each of you gave to each of us ----- especially to Don and Janice. None of us that visited during those months have a single complaint. And we each one would not hesitate to recommend. St. Lukes in the future. Gary and Juanita Marshall Neosho, Mo

Their caring & loving staff do an excellent job! They go the extra mile by giving the physical hugs we cannot give our loved ones during this trying time. I know our mom is in good hands & getting the care she needs because they have been proactive & attentive to her needs during this pandemic.

Im so grateful that my mom is in such an amazing facility! The nurses and staff always go above and beyond what their job requires! Not only do they take excellent care of my mom...they also spoil her rotten. They hold her hand, paint her nails, play Elvis music for her and give her whatever her little heart desires! Thank you so much for loving my mom!!

Like any nursing home there are a lot of Pros and Cons. So Im on the fence on good or bad. I have had 2 family members stay here and each had good and bad things happen. The last one was my grandfather and his nursing staff seemed to be genuine people who care a lot about him. I didnt care for some of the administration but the care received seemed improved.
