This community is beautiful, and so are all the residents and staff inside. You get the best feeling when you walk in. Brandy is an incredible leader and has a team there that is clearly dedicated to delivering excellent care. The residents are always smiling when I visit. Ashley, Jeff, Casey, Chris, Patti, and Linda impress me endlessly and clearly strive to make Fox Hollow a great place to live. The food is delicious and the activities are awesome. 10 out of 10 community. This is the place you want to live!!

My mom has been living at Fox Hollow Senior Living for more than two months and is already thinking of it as home. Everyone who works there has been so considerate and kind to her. I am there a lot and I am quite impressed with all the people and the facilities — mon's studio is spacious and bright. Mom also thinks the food is great!

My mother, who is 90, was able to live in our family's home until this past 6 months. When she was ready to move into senior care, we were fortunate to find Fox Hollow Senior Living. It is close to our former home and is in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff have been friendly, helpful and kind. I feel very comfortable and welcome visiting my mother. She has a lovely apartment and receives the care she chooses but is able to refuse any activity and have the privacy she wants sometimes.

I worked here six or so years ago as a kitchen aide, the staff take wonderful care of their residents. During a winter storm once we lost power, and all of the residents were safely transported to the Valley River Inn where they were wonderfully accommodated for the duration of the storm. Never once did I witness anything approaching elderly abuse. On the contrary, all the residents were very content with their lodgings and told me delightful stories about their lives while I served their meals. Val was a wonderful Executive Director who would stop at nothing to assure the safety of the clients and the training standards of the staff members who were under supervision. If there is a disabled elder in your family, you need look no further than Fox Hollow.

Fox Hollow is an absolutely wonderful place for care for my elderly father. When we were in crisis when his health started failing and we needed assisted living. Fox Hollow management was very helpful and flexible and made our move in and care very easy. The care my Dad has received there has improved his health and his quality of life. To a person, caretakers are wonderful, compassionate, and lovely. We appreciate them so much in this very difficult time for our family. I recommend as highly as I can.

I have worked at several facilities over the span of 16 years. Being at Fox Hollow for the last 3 years has shown me what teamwork is really about! The staff is family; the residents are family. Being the only facility in town that can say we only have had 2 Covid cases during this whole crisis (neither one due to staff exposure), says something about the quality of our care! Both cases were contained and the most recent one is being released from isolation! We absolutely LOVE to see the joy on our residents faces every day!

I have lived here going on two years in June . I will give everyone an honest and heartfelt account of what it is like here. I have been through three major surgeries in that time and have had excellent care by the staff , taking care of me giving medications etc. That helps the families and friends to rest easier to know there loved ones are taken care of . Next. There are other activities that help the residents to enjoy times and social gatherings with each other plus family gatherings transportation to an from doctors appointments, the list goes on. Bingo board games rides in the mountains. The staff here is very unique . I cant walk down the hall or anyplace without someone calling out , hi, Kathy. It is very friendly and relaxed surroundings. I truly do like it here , everyone gets along and is good to the personnel and residents. I dont think I could find a better place to place your loved one and be certain they are well taken care of and feel that a burden has been lifted from the one you have placed your loved ones in Fox Hollow Hollow assisted living . thank you, Kathy Lane.

My Mother and Grandmother both lived in and loved Fox Hollow. The care staff treated them excellent, they had daily activities and exercise and the chef was great. Pre-Covid, Fox hollow hosted family dinners (steak, ribs, holiday meals) where family members of residents got to meet staff and each other. Management was open to communication and responded quickly to my concerns. 10, 10.

Is there anywhere else you can work and be a part of a family? I dont think so. If not for retirement knocking on my back door I would still be working with this amazing team.

I moved my mother to Fox Hollow about 6 months ago and am very happy with the care and attention she receives there. The staff is great, from caretakers to admin. I visit often and everyone is always nice and accommodating. They have a wide selection of activities and are good about encouraging residents to participate. This is the third assisted living community my mother has moved to in the past two years and were happy to say that it looks to be the final one. She really likes it there, and for my mother, that is saying a lot.

I helped place someone at Fox Hollow several months ago. Their facilities are quite nice and public areas were very clean and showed well. Their staff is pleasant and Steve was very helpful with getting us settled in. But as the patients health started going down hill, I noticed their attention to room housekeeping began to diminish. Several times we had to request housekeeping attention. By the time he expired, and when we went to clean out his room, we found dirty clothes and linens piled high. His disposable underwear was just sitting in the room, well past the time to empty. The overall room and vanity was very messy. We were very disappointed in what we walked in to. Hopefully the new management will apply more attention to detail. Then, 3 weeks after he expired and we removed his personal items and furniture from his room, his widow, who had paid his entire month in which he died, got a bill for 2 days into the next month. I do know that management recently changed for the entire facility. I would hope it improves for those that continue dwell there.

My mom has lived at FH for 4 years. Overall, the care has been very good. She is now in hospice care and the staff is superb. The new manager, Billie and her crew are very caring and compassionate. As she ages, my mom has required more assistance. She can also be difficult at times and the staff remains dedicated and tolerant. I visit frequently and I always find everyone welcoming and professional. Im very thankful for all everyone does—dont know what Id do without Fox Hollow care.

Clean, nice, modern inside (though it was built awhile ago) and the activity director is friendly, with lots of activities for residents. Also, the location is conveniently near stores and doctor offices, as well as being freeway close.
