I cannot say enough about how wonderful Trinity Place is! My grandmother came to live there a few weeks ago and from day one she began making friends and enjoying all the fun activities they have available to her. The atmosphere from the moment you walk in the building is so welcoming, clean and bright. The staff are so friendly and treat the residents like family. My grandmother loves the food too which is an added bonus as well. Our whole family now can feel at peace knowing that my grandmother is in a safe place where she is loved and well taken care of when we cannot be with her. We thank God for leading us to this amazing Assisted Living Facility.

Trinity Place is a wonderful facility for your loved one needing personalized and attentive care. Amy Tait is the heart and soul of this ALF and considers residents as family. She goes above and beyond and it's no wonder that she is now the executive director for not just the assisted living but also the memory care facility being built next door. If I could list all the nurses, caregivers and staff who cared for my mom I would, but the list would be too long. Anita is a pure angel with such compassion, Christina is wise and so understanding of those with memory issues, Pam was always a wealth of knowledge and constant source of help. Carlotta & Courtney were so supportive and genuine. Herdy was such a great addition and took mom on many bus rides which she adored. The activity directors were superb and truly loved bringing smiles on the residents faces. Mom always said the food was great and that's coming from an Italian foodie mom. Thank you all for your patience, kindness and love. Mom enjoyed her time there, but it was time for further care and life must go on. We couldn't be more appreciative of you all. I truly recommend this facility. Perfection is an impossible feat but they came close. Thank you!

When my 96-year-old mom's health suddenly deteriorated, I began my search for a good assisted living facility in the area where she and my sister had been living. I had gone through this process previously in Tennessee with my father-in-law, so I had some experience, but I was still apprehensive about finding a place I could trust to take care of our precious mom, especially with me living so far away. The moment I began interacting with Richard and Amy at Trinity, I had a good feeling about it. When my husband and I dropped in unannounced for a tour, Richard made time in his extremely busy schedule to meet with us and give us all the information we needed. He came over to the rehab where Mom was the next day and met with her, stooping down to her level as she sat in a chair and holding her hand while he talked to her. Even though they had (and probably still have) a waiting list, he worked hard to find an apartment to get Mom out of the rehab facility as quickly as possible (she REALLY wanted out of there, too). We brought Mom over the next day to tour the facility, and her face lit up. You could tell she was relieved and excited at the prospect of moving in as soon as possible, which she did in late October of 2022. Everyone there was so kind, caring and truly loved Mom. Christina, Carlotte, Amy, Robin, Anita and so many others treated her with love, respect, and dignity. Mom truly felt at home. The first night we were there, she was brought a tray for dinner in her room because the move had been a lot for her. Real dishes and silverware and linens, and a beautiful salmon Caesar salad and homemade soup and a chocolate french silk pie (she ate every bite of that). The meals always looked and smelled great whenever I was there. The only thing I really regret is her time at Trinity was so short. She wasn't really in a position to take advantage of all the social activities, but there sure were a lot of fun things going on every day! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and happy environment for their loved ones.

I can not praise this place enough from the moment you walk in the door it radiates love ! They are so well organized and a good 5 to 10 years ahead of where assisted living homes are headed . The activity programs seem to run non stop all day. The dining experience is that of a great restaurant where there are so many choices . The food is not processed and prepared fresh daily.the staff, well let's just say they genuinely care and perform their jobs with passion and heart

My mother has been there for the past several months and has been given the best professional care and attention. She has been thriving there more than being at home alone. Trinity Place is beautiful! Very Clean, Quiet and welcoming! Richard the marketing director has been super communicative and helpful during the entire process. Unfortunately my grandmother cant live independently anymore and eases me that someone will always be available 247 for her occasional needs when I cant be there. I cant wait for my grandmother to move in!

The entire staff goes above and beyond to take care of our family members. When Im stressed they put me at ease. Not to mention the facility is beautiful. I had the pleasure of seeing it before covid locked out family members. So bright and beautiful. Its like they wake up in a resort in the Keys everyday. Huge thanks to the staff and administrators.
