I've been very pleased with the staff at ORM, and the care and attention they provide my wife. I visit my wife daily, and the entire staff, from dietary staff, from Nursing assistants to nurses to office staff, have been very attentive and caring to my wife, and she likes them all. Compared to the last facility where my wife was sent for rehab a year ago, ORM is head and shoulders above that facility. I feel comfortable having my wife here, and confident she is being treated well and getting the care she deserves.

I was unhappy at the place before, so my wife suggested Ozark Riverview Manor since her mother was here. She said that the people here were really nice and compliant. So, I decided to move over to ORM. When I came over here, I just had my leg amputated and I had an artificial knee put in my other leg. I have been here over six months and during that time I have been able to learn how to walk with one leg and now with my prosthetic. I just cannot thank the Therapy department, administration, housekeeping, dietary, and all departments that are associated with this place. The aides and nurses are really nice and helpful. I cannot say enough. If you have the opportunity or looking for a place, I recommend Ozark Riverview Manor.

The facility was family owned and fabulous since the 70s, but changed to corporate owned in 2016 and while they are making physical improvements to the facility the personal care has greatly declined. Likely due to government funding changes, but still, resident care and life quality should be top priority. Hopefully with continued employee scrutiny and increasing government funding they will thrive again. I ended up moving my loved one to another facility.

This facility has changed owners and the changes are amazing. I am very comfortable placing my mom here! As with any nursing home, the more you visit, the better the experience is for you, seeing the staff interacting with your loved one is the true test of their ability to do good things when you are not there.

My mother moved in to Riverview Manor and we paid for one full month. My mothers care turned out to be more extensive than they were able to provide and she was only there for a week. Their finance department just notified us that they are sending us a full refund for the days that were not used. We selected Riverview because of their excellent reviews. We were disappointed things didnt work out, but are thankful they agreed to send the refund. There is nothing more stressful than placing a loved one in a nursing home. It was a blessing that we didnt have to worry about getting the refund.
