I wish that I could adequately explain how wonderful the staff is at Tiffany Court. My mom lived there for the last 3 years of her life. She was welcomed in during COVID - where they truly understood how our super seniors vitally need social interaction. Patti has an amazing heart - she and her staff cared for our mom like she was one of her daughters. My mom just loved her time there - even as her memory struggled more - she felt safe, secure and expressed that this "was her home." When our mom needed more care, we must have seen every assisted living community around - we are so happy that we chose Tiffany Court. For our family, we wanted a place where our 89 year old mom could be for the rest of her life. - they were just amazing in helping our mom and us navigate the various medical and memory changes. When the time came for Hosoice care, our mom was able to stay in her apartment at Tiffany Court and continued to received loving care. They are just the best!

If you are reading this review while looking for assisted living for your loved one-please use our experience to your advantage. My wife and I looked at every type and size of assisted living/options for our mother. We chanced in on Tiffany Court and more importantly, Marie. I cannot over emphasize the compassion, knowledge and genuine concern for her residents-shown by Marie. For us, the knowledge and empathy-Marie shared was vital as our search turned from frustration and confusion to hope. This search is not easy nor quick but having a guide proved to be invaluable to our sanity. As it turns out, the ENTIRE team at TC is an extension of Marie and Patti's concern for helping people and mobilizing their innate skills. It takes a special concern and empathy to care for those in this stage of their lives and we are indeed fortunate to have found TC. The other reviews you will read-echo this. It is all true-and from a human stand point we cannot be more thankful as the relief we have experienced is profound. We are very involved with Mom's transition to Assisted Living and the caregivers at TC are skilled at knowing when to assist us and when to take over. We do not know what the future will bring for our mother-but we do know that she is in very caring hands and at a facility that is unparalleled in how it is run and maintained. Everyone is on a first name basis and eager to welcome you-the families that have residents at TC know what you are going thru and all have been welcoming and open to our questions. Lastly, you will understand our thoughts on the people that care and work at TC and how THIS is where you will want your loved one to be if they cannot be with you. Meet the team and you will know this is the best place for your loved one...

My 93 year old father spent the last 6 months of his life at Tiffany Court and we are so glad that he did. The care and attention that EVERYONE provided to him was absolutely the best. We spent many hours with him and the staff during his time at Tiffany Court and I can say without any hesitation that it is an outstanding care facility that is run by the most committed and caring individuals, led by Patti and Marie. Our only regret is that we did not find Tiffany Court sooner, but we are forever thankful that he was able to spend his final months in such a great hands.

Our aunt lives here and we live in Canada so it's difficult to travel so see her often. We are impressed with Patti's dedication and hard work on behalf of the residents. The staff is friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio is a pleasant place for a picnic or visit. Our aunt loves watching the birds at the feeders on her balcony -- and the chubby squirrel!

My mother entered Tiffany Court as a hospice patient and ended up passing away there. I was so impressed by Patti, Marie, and all of the staff there. Their kindness, calm and peaceful natures, patience, and their concern for my mom just meant so much. Even the chef came in daily to check on my mom and to ask what food sounded okay to her, which he then prepared. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the vaccination/temperature check protocol for all visitors was reassuring.

My Mom lived at Tiffany Court for about 5 years up until her passing late last year after a fall. The staff and facility are great for seniors needing daily assistance. It is a smaller and more personal facility than others in the area. We never worried about Moms safety or well-being at TC. The staff were kind and responsive - down to little details like changing the batteries in her mouse and hanging around to visit and brighten her day. We personally found the meals to be nutritious and well-prepared. When Mom transitioned to hospice care the TC staff were superb and made a difficult time easier for all.

My aunt was a resident of Tiffany Court for five years. I was responsible for her and even though I live in Dallas, I was always kept abreast of her status and needs. The centers management were proactive and arranged for whatever my aunt needed; including doctor visits, etc. I visited often and found the staff to universally be caring and genuinely interested in her health and happiness. Myself and my brother and sister-in-law quickly were on a first name basis with the staff. They enjoyed her personality and being with her – sort of like family. Very quickly, I was able to develop trust and appreciation for Tiffany Court, management and staff which, of course, takes a lot of stress and worry off my and the rest of the familys shoulders. Service organizations are all about the staff and their commitment to their clients – Tiffany Court, I believe, is quite exceptional in this regard.

I worked at Tiffany court long term senior care facility for over a year, as a primary care provider for one of their residents, who passed away recently. During the course of my time there, I worked closely with the care team and administrative staff. I was amazed at their level of care and professionalism towards each and every resident there. In my observation, residents there were treated more as family members, rather than just a clients. For me, having been in this profession for such a long time, it was the first for me, to see how much care, comfort and time they put in to make sure every resident got the care and assistance they deserve in a very dignified manner. With negative stories about long term care facilities in the news media every once in a while, it gladden my heart to know that there are a few more places where human dignity and fair conscience is intertwined into business model. One of such places is Tiffany court long term senior care, and, I was privileged to be part of that team for over a year. I will strongly recommend anyone looking for a long term facility for their loved one, to check them out...They are awesome!!!

I have known Jan and Tiffany Court for YEARS and every family I have sent their way has been very pleased with the staff, treatment, professionalism, and services. Their rates are reasonable and the community started offering respite care which has been a huge help for many of my clients who are not able to return home right away. They are my number one assisted living facility and Jan makes herself available any day, any time, and is consistent with going above and beyond with service. Highly recommend.

I began my search for a loving environment for my aging (86 years young) mother last spring (March of 2017). My mother, like many elderly people, has some form of dementia. My father had been her caregiver right up until his passing in October 2016. So, like many of us baby boomers, this was a new and frightening experience to find a home for mom. I had heard excellent things about Tiffany Court and scheduled a site appointment with Jan Neal, Marketing Director. Jan was extremely sympathetic to my challenge, having coached many before me Im sure, on my new role. She was careful to only offer advise without preaching to me about my current situation. And looking back, she was spot on with everything she said - creating the expert I so dearly needed. I cant say enough positive things about my mothers care at Tiffany Court. The staff is FANTASTIC - always smiling and upbeat and truly caring. My mom arrived underweight and has quickly gained 20 pounds, due to Enriques cooking. She is taking her meds on a regular basis for probably, the first time in her life. Her room is always clean and bed made whenever I arrive. And they always have activities to encourage the residents to interact with each other. Unfortunately for me, my mom doesnt usually participate the way I had hoped. But I understand that is her struggle. I am so appreciative of the environment Tiffany Court provides. I do continue to carry some guilt about not bringing my mother into my home but realize I just couldnt. I see my mother a couple of times per week and really enjoy the quality time we have. What a wonderful facility. They treat every resident like its their family. The staff has very little turnover and the management can be seen helping their residents in all facets of care. This equals a happy facility which provides the perfect environment when you have to move your parent out of their family home. As a health care provider I visit a lot of facilities in the area and I put Tiffany Court at the top.

Beautiful surroundings, caring people, good food. I stayed there for 5 weeks as a respite patient after extensive leg surgery, and was really pleased with the quality of care I received. I marveled at the patience of the caregivers with especially trying patients, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of meals. They used fresh produce and good meats. It was a world of difference from the guess the entree food Id had at the rehab center.The studio apartments are small, with little refrigerator, freezers and microwaves, but mine had a balcony with a view of the woods. I watched deer, fox, and birds of prey, and on sunny days went out onto the terraces to sit in the sun, soaking up vitamin D.
