This is an extremely clean, calming atmosphere. Quiet. Employees are very kind, helpful. The menu there is acceptional. Compared to other places I've been. It smells so good there as well. Its a very good place, speaking as a caregiver myself who doesn't work there, find it a place any family could trust with their loved ones.

This assisted living was like living at home for my Grandfather. Ms. Doris was exceptional. Always was there for my grandfather and my mom. The love and care all the nurses and staff showed was outstanding. Its a smaller facility and they are able to actually love on the residents. I highly suggest this facility if you are looking for assisted living.

My mom has been at The Bungalows for a few years now. She adjusted well. She seems happy and she is always talking about how good everyone is there. Each time I have went in there it always looks clean. The meals that are prepared look so good and I know she enjoys it. Thank you so much to each staff member there for being so patient and kind. My sister was a resident at the Bungalows for over two years. The staff and the facility are top notch. The aides were so kind and caring, they treat the residents like family. The facility is clean, well maintained and very cheery. There are many activities to partake in. The dining area is friendly and the meals are well planned. I would highly recommend the Bungalows.

Morningside of riverchase by far is a wonderful facility. Great leadership and staff within the building. They take care of their residents and it looks like a nice community to live in. The building is very clean and it has been a wonderful experience each time that I visit. I recommend anyone with family they care about to send them to morningsode of riverchase. The facility is beautifully maintained; the staff is caring and attentive, taking a personal interest in the residents. I've appreciated the communications by letter and email sent to keep families informed. My mother has been at M of R for 18 months and is content even with Covid restrictions.

We're coming up on a year since we had to move my mother to Morningside and i have to say that my worries and stress are at zero! The staff is wonderful and friendly and i know that the care mom is receiving is better than i could have ever provided. Melissa has been an wonderful at making the entire family feel welcome. We made the right decision.

As a health care provider, I have the pleasure of servicing many assisted living facilities. Morningside of Riverchase has to be one of my favorite facilities. The staff is wonderful and responsive to the needs of their residents. Brittany, the resident director is proactive with resident care, she is constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of life for each resident. Phyllis, the nurse is absolutely wonderful, she will stop everything to address the needs of her residents. I have witnessed on many occasions the acts of kindness from many staff members to the residents at Morningside. Melissa, the executive director is always out and about within the community to see that the needs of the residents are addressed timely and efficiently. I would when recommend this community to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one. Peace of mind is everything when choosing a community for aging adults.

I am so impressed with this facility. I visit several communities with my job and this place by far exceeds expectations! The new RSD Brittney is so helpful. The atmosphere is fun and lively. You can see this the minute you walk in. I highly recommend this facility. Definitely a must see.

Melissa has been an unbelievable help in making the difficult decision to place Mom in assisted living as easy as possible. We found the facility to be clean, open and well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful and always has a smile and friendly greeting. There is numerous outdoor sitting/visiting areas as well as many indoor spots to visit with your relatives and for them to visit with each other. Morningside has activities for residents and actively encourages residents to participate in them, also, they have an excellent chef on staff to provide well balanced meals. Mom will be moving in shortly and we look forward to getting her settled in a place where we know she will be well cared for and treated with the utmost dignity and respect. We will update our review once she is settled in.

The whole staff at Morningside does a great job of taking care of the residents and it all starts with the manager Melissa Mcglothlin! She seems to truly care about the residents and spends a lot of time engaging with them.

We looked at 15 different assisted living communities before we made our decision on Riverchase Morningside. Melissa McGlothlin, Executive Director, gave us our tour. She was so helpful with all of our questions. She was so patient and made us feel at such ease about this transition in my mother in law’s care. Out of all the places we looked at, we knew Riverchase was the place for her to feel safe and secure. Thank you, Melissa, for all your help in guiding us through this difficult process. We know she will be in great hands and trusted care!

Melissa Mcglothlin, the Executive Director, is the reason we brought our Mother to Morningside. She is compassionate, caring, honest, devoted, and respectful of residents' and their families. She has a personal relationship with each resident and really cares about them.This isn't just a job to her; it's a calling.

We spent all day touring facilities looking for the best care we could find in our area. We decided on Morningside Riverchase because we felt it was centrally located and most convenient to all children and grandchildren. It was very clean, cheerful and still on the lower end of the expense range without compromising quality care. Melissa McGlothlin, Executive Director, gave us our tour. She was very engaging, had a great repore with residents, and was very knowledgeable about elder care, benefits and making the finances stretch! She took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. She went the extra mile when our family member's status changed unexpectedly and offered to stay late to help us! I cannot possibly recommend her or Morningside Riverchase more highly! Please check it out! You will be so glad you did!

I am writing this email to discuss my mothers experience with Ashton Gables which is now owned by Morningside of Riverchase. The last month of my mothers life she spent most of the time she had left in the hospital and was no longer a resident at Ashton Gables. During this time the state decided that my mother could not return to Assisted Living and had to be sent to another LTerm home. This is where the story starts, Even though she received her eviction notice "Administration at Ashton Gables made a mistake and continued to bill her" . I am her caregiver and her son and they went as far as putting a lean against my mothers home and property. I did not know this until I went to sale it and it held up my sale for several weeks. I made contact with "Melissa McGlaughlin" the administration now handling these type of cases. THIS LADY IS THE MOST HONEST AND TRUE EPITOME OF CHRISTIANITY that I have run across in years. She went the extra yard to make sure the right thing was done to correct this error of putting a lean on her estate. Thanks to Melissa we can sell mothers property and pay taxes that have been due for the past two years. God is Good, and so is Melissa McGlaughlin.

My mother has been a resident at Morningside for almost two years. It has proven to be a very special place for her as well as our entire family. My mom truly feels at home there. Her days are filled with numerous activities and the activity director is absolutely wonderful! We are always welcome to join her for lunch or dinner and the food is extremely good. There are numerous family functions and a celebration for every holiday. My favorite is St. Patrick's day! They had a live band and dancing! It is very clean and simply beautiful inside and out. The entire staff is very kind and always helpful. I wouldn't have my mother anywhere else!
