Came here to check out a new facility for my father in law. The facilities were nice, up to date, and clean. The real selling point for me was the staff that I came in contact with. The gentleman who showed us around Will was patient, knowledgeable, and funny. He made us feel at ease with an incredibly important decision that we were kind of on the fence about. Hopefully the rest of the staff is as welcoming for my dad.

When I first place my mom here about 2 years ago there were some things that needed working on. However, with new management in the building it has been a whole 360. The nurse Keira is very knowledgeable, with a great personality. She takes the time out of her day to call me any time there is a change in my mom, or if she is being placed on a new medication. Sometimes she may call to just check in on me. Her care staff team is amazing as well and my mom loves them all. They are all so helpful and patience with my mom. I see alot more teamwork now with new management then in the past. Even the receptionist diesha is so nice when I entered the building and what makes it special to me is that she knows me by name. I see nothing but good things now since the new company and management has taken over

My grandmother moved here over a year ago and my family and I were very apprehensive about moving her in. She adjusted well and made some new friends, she didnt need much care at the time. However, now she needs more assistance with things and I have to say the teamwork in this building got right on it and ensured that she received that level of care that she now required. Staff is friendly and helpful and the nurse managers are PHENOMENAL!! You get prompt callbacks and responses to any questions or concerns. My family and I feel at ease and glad we have made an extension to our family. The staff at Elmcroft is now family to us.

Placing a loved one into assisted living care is a difficult thing to do. I live out of town and had to make a quick decision on where to place my father. Aja and Grace were very understanding and went above and beyond to get him admitted. The Elmcroft staff that I have dealt with are friendly and attentive and made me feel as if they are doing everything they can to help my father adapt to his new living situation. I want to give special thanks to Tina who has been very patient with me and understanding of my concerns because I am not able to be there. There is no place like home, but I believe my father is getting better under the care of Grace’s team and I am thankful for that.

Elmcroft of Braeswood is an excellent community. There are endless opportunities and many activities throughout the day for your self or loved ones. The residents always seem to enjoy themselves. The staff are pleasant and interactive. Very welcoming. We are always greeted with a smile.

Elmcroft of Braeswood is very sweet community. I went fulltime at this facility and fell in love with the residents quickly! Beautiful nice kept rooms and there patio area is so comfy! Every resident I assisted has a heart of gold. The management team is very active and on point! The Caretakers are team players! Also management steps in as well! Awesome facility!

My parents have been at Elmcroft of Braeswood since August, 2017. I am very active in my parents care due to their needs having become more than assisted living provides. In this time, there have been many changes and we have adapted. Through it all, I have found, open communication between staff, admin and I have made this a positive experience.

This building has gone through a lot of changes in the last 6 months especially with staffing. You can see that the staff now, truly care about the residents and their families and look happy to be working here. The management team is very quick to respond to concerns.
