My parents, both 96, are safelytucked in in assisted living at Bloom at Hilton Head and today, january 8th, are receiving the first of two Covid vaccine shots. While these times have been challenging, the staff at Bloom has done a wonderful job in keeping the facility safe and making my parents feel welcome. We are grateful for the help they have been to our family.

No one wants their parent to have to go away from their home, but should it happen The Bloom is a great place to live. The staff is really good, helpful and caring. My mother is there now and has been for nearly a year and she is satisfied and seemingly happy and then Im happy if she is happy.

I have been an employee of Bloom at St Pete since June. I can honestly and whole heartedly say I LOVE my job, I LOVE Bloom! From the top down Bloom Beliefs are an every day way of life and it’s evident in the smiles on our residents faces and the appreciation we receive from our families every day. We evacuated for hurricane Dorian.. we are at same hotel in Columbia as Bloom. The staff is on top of everything and everyone! All needs met. Special attention such as bday parties, Kona Ice truck , laughter .. walks .. I’m so impressed! Texts pictures and communication to families during this challenging time. They left their families to be with yours. My mother in law is at Life Care Nursing Home In HHI and we just got a phone call .. 36 hours later., I wish my mother in law was receiving this great care! Unfortunately she is not at a health level for Bloom .. but I will demand better care !@LifecareCenterHHI
