My good friend spent the last year of his life there and it was the happiest he has been since living in three other assisted living homes. The level of care he received there was the best. He was on a feeding tube in his stomach which meant he had to be fed three times a day and medicated 5 times a day through this tube. The nursing team performed this like clockwork. Although he could not join in many activities, he got out often to the many events/singers they have planned throughout the year. In the days after his passing every single employee we passed expressed a sincere heartfelt condolence. Many of them we didn't know or interact with previously. It was if they all knew there was a passing and went out of their way to offer comfort. Many hugs and tears were shed that day and I as left I once again felt contentment and happiness knowing that my dear friend spent his final year in such a caring place.

This is the horrible food that is being served here. This is Sunday dinner 1 manicotti and Beets who eats that !! . My dad asked for soup he was one of the first groups to go in. They ran out. This is horrible and unacceptable!! Not where you want your family member to be. They promise you the world. If I didn't see this first hand I wouldn't have believed this is what was being served. And they don't seem to care. … I literally had to go out and by my parents dinner cause I would not allow them to eat this …

We just moved my father in law to Harbor Chase a week ago and went to visit this weekend. The place is beautiful and the staff is exceptional! Such a relief, we were very worried but everyone has been wonderful. We enjoyed the live music over the weekend. There’s a church across the street that was nice as well. Love that they allow visitors and are dog friendly as well. Everyone seems well taken care of. So far so good, would recommend. Special shout out to Terri !

My wife and I looked at many places in the area for my aunt after my uncle past away. My aunt is not very social and we needed a place that would provide a warm and welcoming location for her to transition to a new place to live. Harbor Chase has been excellent! The care and guidance form the top down, Veronica who is the director and ALL the staff, care so much. We are always contacted if anything happens so we will know. My aunt has been living there since 2015, and quite honestly if you need a place that seems to care for your family as much as you do, Harbor Chase IS that place !!!

This place is amazing. They took really good care of my dear friend for several years. Veronica, the administration, Nurses, and front desk staff are all very professional and caring. I highly recommend if you have a loved one who needs assistance.

I normally do not write reviews, but I felt I needed to do so. Harbor Chase is a wonderful place. The handling of my mother-in-law during the height of the pandemic was exceptional. This must have been an extremely difficult time. The executive director Veronica is wonderful. She makes time to discuss with us her condition and what was going on at the property. She always appears to have a handle on everything going on. I cannot begin to thank the staff enough for all they have done and continue to do. I would highly recommend Harbor Chase to anyone looking for a place for loved ones.

The staff at HarborChase is very kind and caring. Ashley works hard to plan fun and interesting activities. I especially enjoy the outings. Asher does a wonderful job with dining options. And outdoes himself when we have cocktail hours and other special events. The director Veronica is always there with a smile and a positive attitude. She has created a facility that is very warm and comfortable.
