The personnel at this facility, specifically [name removed], does not understand the Medicaid process. Even my mother's Medicaid lawyer wasn't able to explain the very basic and common concepts of how the money is managed to Jay, he just kept insisting I wasn't understanding - even though the previous three Assisted Living Facilities I have dealt with over the years for other family members all had in-depth knowledge of the exact same concepts. The director [name removed] didn't even speak with me before refusing to consider admitting my mother, all based on [name removed] saying we needed to send all our financial information before he would even give us a price quote. Sounds like a scam and a heartless operation. A black mark on the ALF community. If it is this bad before even moving in, avoid at all costs.

I've had a good friend there for since last year, the people who work there are very caring and professional. Emilia and Shannon are in charge and extremely attentive. It'a a nice place, I'd recommend it!

Very impressed with the improvements that have been made to Indian Oaks over the last year. As a vendor it has been a joy watching the transformation. Just got here and I was taking care of right away and food was good I am happy with the place so far gone down hill

Everyone is very caring and they have a very nice place with a beauty shop, activity calendar with something for everyone. I also like that they allow pets, as they are good companions and my mom enjoys them when others have theirs out and about.The dining room is very nice, and I feel good knowing she is getting home health, and they have a physician as well as physical therapy available. Everyone is very friendly and caring. I highly recommend Indian Oaks.
