Terrible place to live. My friend ( female ) just moved in there 2 months ago. She has a private room with a shared hall with another female reesident. The hallmate is ALLOWED to partially disrobe after the evening meal without closing her door. My friend has gone to staff about this and has been told it is hallmate's "right" to do this as she is in her room and my friend has been told to "deal with it". She went to the RSD. She was supposed to talk to hallmate. Hallmate still partially disrobing. My friend cries herself to sleep every night and has told me she feels like she is living in a jail cell. She also says she made a mistake moving here.

This place is a joke. The staff sits on their phones in their offices or outside smoking instead of taking care of the residents. Their activities never change and are not beneficial. The rooms are always dirty, the food is disgusting and doesn’t meet the nutritional requirements and they don’t even get a good snack choices throughout the day or night.

The retreat has turned into a prison since covid. My mom is not allowed to eat with other residents. She is being forced to stay in her room because she doesn't have a vaccination. It is inhumane treatment!

My mom loves living there and the residents all feel like family. The staff is great and very caring.
