Internal staffing is a toxic environment. They use bullying tactics, retaliatory tactics, and do not care about a person's mental health on the job. This type of thing will spill over to the patient care if not checked. I would recommend an internal investigation completed by an outside company to help the work environment flourish, so employee's don't feel ostracize. Do Better

I am the new Program Director at Rn Villa I have been here since march of 2022. I am so pleased with the changed that have been made, everything from staff, training, and building improvement. I have made so many amazing relationships. I have found my home, I am so thankful to be working with/for so many amazing people.

Staff are kind, loving, good-humored and seem to genuinely like the residents and enjoy working with them. Management is thoughtful and involved, and makes every effort to get to know their clients and meet their needs. The facility is really lovely and very clean, with pretty patios and tons of natural light. It just feels good to go visit and it makes me happy to know Ive finally found someplace for my mom that is managed well, with kindness and good intentions.

My mother moved into RN Villa when it was only a few months old and it was the perfect place for her. With her own room and half bath she felt she had privacy, basically her own small apartment. The staff became friends, always watching out for her. The quarterly reviews were really helpful to us because even though we visited all the time they saw the more intimate care issues and her nighttime habits. Eventually she needed to move to a smaller setting, which Millie helped us find. But RN Villa would still be our first choice if circumstances warranted, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living situation.

I found a home for Dad! RN Villa is the perfect place for my father. The facility is great, the programs are well organized, the staff are professionals and the owners are friendly. Its my fathers home, (not too far) away from home.

Prior to placing my mom at RN Villa I personally vetted four other assisted living communities. I chose RN Villa because the owners, staff took the time to meet my mom at the front end and gain an understanding of her as a person. RN Villa was also the cleanest, warmest and for lack of a better term had the best vibe. The price at the time seemed competitive and in line with my expectation.My Mom lived at RN Villa for just over two years. The first two years she was living rather independently with a pretty modest service plan. During this period I was in regular communication with the administration and health care staff with regards to the service plan and moms needs.This summer she had major complications from surgery and returned from the hospital to RN Villa as a hospice patient. I was at RN Villa every day for a month to make sure all of moms needs were being met. The staff at RN Villa and our chosen Hospice organization communicated and worked well together.The care mom received at RN Villa in her final days simply exceeded my high expectations. EVERY member of the RN Villa medical staff treated my mother with competence and care in just about every conceivable way. She was treated with dignity and compassion throughout.Placing a loved one in an assisted living home is never an easy decision. Then choosing said home must be taken with great care. I think it is important to see as many homes and talk to as many people as possible (including staff and residents). Understand that no single situation is ideal. Based on our experience with the RN Villa community, I recommend it.

During my tenure with hospice, I have had the honor and blessing of serving both wonderful committed staff and families at RN Villa. The administration is compassionate, caring deeply for the welfare of both the residents and staff. There have been many times that I have witnessed the ED, HCC, DOM go above and beyond their responsibilities to assist in attending their residents and educating, uplifting and creating a family environment for their employees.Again, it is my honor and a great blessing that I am allowed to serve here!

RN Villa is the place to be for our love ones . I would definitely recommend it .The staff are awesome , they treat patients as their own family. The owners will go above and beyond all the time for the safety and benefits of the residents . The food is amazing . They serve healthy and balance meal with delicious deserts . They keep their Residents busy all the time with different activities each day to keep them occupied to maintain focus and interaction within patients . The place is clean and feels like you're home .When we found RN Villa for our grandmother we did not find a place for her to live ,but we found her second family ....a home she could call her OWN as well ......Thank you so much RN Villa for the love amd respect ...

My Mom was a resident at RN Villa and we loved it. She was taken great care of. They have great food, fun and entertainment. From our experience, RN villa is a reputable Residential facility. The owners are caring and loving people. The rest of the are amazingly respectful, caring and hardworking. They treat each residents as individual person, the owners themselves meet and talks to the residents everyday and to make them verbaized what they need, and promptly act on it. Families are welcome with smile on their faces. Facilities are modern and beutiful, our elders enjoy them a lot! And of course, not to mention the cleanliness and safety is one of the no. 1 priority. We absolutely without a doubt, and proud to RECOMMEND RN Villa as a haven place where you want your love ones to be.

Perfect place for assisted living. I had my Mother and her sister, my aunt there for a number of years. Both with varying degrees of dementia. Both lived there until their passing. The staff was attentive, activities were stimulating and enjoyable, medical needs well met. And, the staff were very loving and considerate. They also were very respectful of my Mother and Aunts dignity the whole time there. I would consider these folks if my other relatives need assisted living. Also, these folks are real team players with the family and the medical consultants.
