We came and took a tour with Michelle. She was kind , informative and really seemed to care. The apartments are much bigger than we expected and very nice. All the residents were talking to us and telling us how wonderful it is. We are looking for future plans for our aunt and uncle. We heard about Country Crest from a friend who had family there.

Their Activities staff does a wonderful job creating engaging games, crafts, and events that support their resident's lifestyles at all levels. I recently had the opportunity to learn more about this assisted living community, and I was truly impressed with the experience. From the moment I reached out, Rebecca was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. In addition to Rebecca’s wonderful support, all of the staff I encountered were warm and friendly, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, well-maintained and peaceful. The rooms were very spacious, which really added to the overall sense of comfort and quality. It’s clear that compassion and professionalism are a priority here. Rebecca’s caring approach, combined with the inviting environment and dedicated staff, made what can often feel like an overwhelming process much easier to navigate. It’s great to see a community that can support residents at different stages while still creating a welcoming and comfortable place to live. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rebecca, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. She did a great job explaining the different care options and helped provide a clear understanding of the services available. The community also seems to do a great job creating fun and engaging activities for residents. Bingo in particular is a big favorite and something the residents really enjoy, which speaks to the lively and social atmosphere they’ve created. Overall, Country Crest Senior Living seems like a warm and supportive community for seniors.

Country Crest Assisted Living has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The facility is clean, warm, and has a true sense of community. I want to give a special shoutout to Allie in admissions — she is absolutely wonderful! Allie is incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire transition process so smooth for our family. She answered all of our questions with patience and kindness, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported every step of the way. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with compassion and professionalism, Country Crest is the place to go. We are so grateful we found them!

I am so happy I was able to bring my grandma china cabinet to my apartment. I absolutely love the kitchen in my apartment. I LOVE the housekeeper, she help me set and decorate my apartment when I first moved in. The gal that helped me with move in process has been very helpful with everything even after I moved in. I am now closer to some of my family where we can visit each other more often. What amazes me about this community is how everyone gets along and always willing to help.

We did a tour of the premises with our elderly father. The tour was led by the manager, Faris. We were impressed with the facilities, the apartments, and the staff. Everything looked clean and well maintained and the staff all seemed genuinely happy to work there. Faris was helpful, professional, and articulate and made us feel welcome.

I recently visited Pacific senior living country, crest, and talk to Irene. She made me feel extremely comfortable about moving my parents into one of their apartments, she was full of information and patient with all my questions and wondering ,everything is so clean and top tier there the staff was exceptionally nice and professional compared to some of the places that I visited. I’m looking forward to working with Irene some more and moving my parents in soon. I felt as if we were already part of the family there

Shout out to Renee Vaughn for her thorough and professional help with finding our mom an assisted living apartment. Renee went above and beyond and did it all with a very warm, genuine human touch. She sets the initial tone there and does a wonderful job at that. Her ongoing care and support towards our mother has been a bonus. Also a shout out to Irene Davis who manages to keep the facility running very well even with all of the challenges and variables she deals with in a position of that type. She is exceptional at her job and has addressed every question or concern we have presented her with in a timely manner with grace and efficiency. We have tremendous gratitude for these ladies and even more for the caring, hardworking staff, many of whom our entire family has bonded with closely.

Were it not for the direction and compassion show by the “Community Relations Director/ Renee Vaughn” the process of elder care would have been too difficult for my comprehension. A constant positive force within the facially Renee is nothing but strength and a glowing aura for every person in need. She is by far the best experience.

We are so excited to have our Executive Director Patricia Back in the building! She brings all the happiness back, and smiles and laughter fill the halls once again. Especially during these trying times with COVID. She has been nothing but helpful, understanding and compassionate towards our families needs. I've had the pleasure of working with Pacifica for the last year and half, through the Oroville Chamber of Commerce. First, their facility is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. We hosted a networking event there, and we were all left wondering when we could move in. Plus, another one of our members has a relative living there who loves it. Lastly, their employees are some of the most caring and thoughtful individuals I've gotten to know.
