I have worked amongst the employees for several years, in a sales setting (home health and hospice). Brookdale prides themselves on a very unique atmosphere. When you walk in you are always greeted promptly and staff is available, you can physically see them working. Brookdale is also very quick to tend to patient care needs, I’ve seen it first hand several times, emergent and non-emergent situations! Another really positive I see is their retention of the employees in the Bartlesville communities, some have been there 20-25+ years, and that’s hard to find dedicated employees, especially with recent events in the world. It has been such a pleasure working along side their staff to serve our senior community in Bartlesville!

My mother received first rate care at Brookdale Bartlesville North. The staff was so kind to her, always making sure she was involved as much as possible and having a good time. She loved the courtyard, and the turtles wandering around! Her medical care was excellent, and the love she received as she was failing made me feel that she was cared for as a family member. THANK YOU so much, to all the staff at Brookdale, for taking such good care of Mom.

My momma lived at Bartlesville Brookdale North for 2 1/2 years before she went to be with her heavenly family and God. The staff were loving and caring. They made my momma feel so safe and so loved. They made momma's family feel loved and welcome all the time. I still go to see the staff and residence.
