Beautiful apartments! Excellent staff! Interior is like walking into a gorgeous ballroom.With gorgeous chandeliers,breathtaking fireplace,beautiful,comfortable furnishings&beautiful decor,an overall welcoming feeling. Interior&exterior are immaculate &well taken care of.Overall a top of the line Assisted Living Facility!

I was referred to Springdale from a family friend. My husband and I went to visit and get some info and loved it right away. Jennifer was very helpful and welcoming and gave us a tour. My dad was transferred on Saturday and the staff has been very kind and friendly. He has everything he needs to get back on his feet. It has been a great experience in a very stressful time.

Lake View Place takes care of my parents in a safe comfortable environment. The care is wonderful for those that need something extra now and then, and the food is great. Sunday brunch is the best. I am happy that we chose Lake View Place! CPK
