I can not say enough good things about Brookdale Senior Living Solutions! My parents needed a nice, clean, and beautiful place to keep their independent living with wonderful staff to assist them in areas they needed extra support. Brookdale has certainly done that. I give a big shout out to Diane( Ramie) and Debbie who keep the facility running so smoothly. I appreciate Joyce and Meg who provide excellent medical support with the outstanding Nursing staff. I appreciate Dorken who always greets me with a smile and Chef M when I have the pleasure to eat lunch with my parents he always treats me as I am truly welcome and a part of the community. I also couldn’t finish my review without recognizing Amos who gets my parents safely to their destination and Aris who always goes out of his way to help fix any problem in their apartment. My Mother has been at Brookdale Senior Living in Clinton MS for almost a year. It was a tough choice moving into assisted living but Brookdale has been fantastic! Mom is very happy, has met lots of friends, and they're always busy with activities and special events. I want to say thanks to everyone at Brookdale for helping my mom and taking such good care of her. I highly recommend them!

My mom was a resident at Brookdale in Clinton, New York from 2021 through January 2025. We could not have been happier with the care she received. An enormous thank you first and foremost to Kim Martin, the Director, Wendy, and Tatiana. My mom became family there, and while a transition to an assisted living unit in Ohio become necessary, we will be forever grateful for those years she resided at Brookdale. The staff at Brookdale works together to maintain an atmosphere of compassion and respect for residents and their families. While no facility is perfect, overall I rate them highly for attentiveness and responsiveness to requests for personalized care. I especially appreciate the many times staff members have taken a personal interest in meeting my mother’s or my family’s specific needs!

I have such peace of mind knowing my father is being cared for by the wonderful staff at Brookdale in Clinton. Placing him in a memory care facility was a difficult decision. However, he settled in quickly, and he is very happy there. The staff of Clare Bridge is wonderful, and I wouldn't change a thing!!

My 91 yr old grandmother who has Alzheimer’s recently made Brookdale her home. Every single experience we have had with the transition has been excellent! My grandmother is happy & enjoying all the activities. So very thankful for all of the staff & the care they give.

My uncle recently transitioned to this Brookdale facility. We are very pleased with the experience. We live out of state and had limited time to choose a facility. On our first visit we stopped by at 5pm on a Friday. We were warmly received and that has been our experience throughout. I’m not easily impressed but I really appreciate the kindness, care and facilities at Brookdale Clinton

We decided Brookdale Clinton is the best assisted living or memory care place for my Mom's "forever" home. It has a home-like atmosphere and is reasonably priced. Three meals are included with 24-hour nursing care. Residents can participate in exercise, bingo and crafts. A small library and chapel are also on-site. The grounds are open with deer in the woods and geese in the pond. Brookdale Clinton is worth the 30 minute drive from Gluckstadt. We recommend you visit and view the facility before you make the final decision for your loved one. We are glad we did!

I have been pleased with most aspects of Brookdale care, with two exceptions: -security id lacking during some hours and weekends. It has been possible to enter and wander all over the facility (excluding memory care) and into rooms. There is a sign-in pad and hand sanitizer at the front entry, but with no one around to monitor. - I have visited a relative without prior notification and found residents lined up along a wall staring at a TV across the room with no interaction or supervision -Otherwise it's a good choice. I believe, so many other businesses today, they are just simply understaffed.

Brookdale was heaven sent! My mother lived at Brookdale for almost 3 years! Although her dementia was progressing, Brookdale allowed us to live in Assisted Living as long as she could safely do so. We are very grateful to have come in contact with such caring staff during our stay. We later moved to Clare Bridge (Dementia Care) where we continued to receive great care, The activities were age~specific and didn’t make us feel as if she was in daycare. My sisters and I were greeted with infectious smiles whenever we visited my mom and my mom was always happy which is a huge PLUS! My mom remained a resident at Brookdale until her transition to heaven and our family would choose Brookdale Clinton again if the opportunity arises! Thanks from a grateful family!!

After reviewing, researching, visiting, and re-visiting many of the assisted-living centers in the Greater Jackson, MS area, my father chose Brookdale Center in Clinton, MS for his home. And we did so for several reasons: Some of the usual features you would expect: ” Extremely clean and well-maintained common areas and apartments/rooms, ” Nutritious, tasty food served in a convivial setting, ” A very active and engaging social life So what separates Brookdale from the others: ” Its culture of sincere friendliness from the residents, staff, and administration ” and that culture of speaking and smiling to each other is an extremely refreshing culture! The cheerfulness at Brookdale is unmatched at the other centers, and especially in this world today, who wouldn’t want to live in a cheerful place! ” The level of care has been spot-on, compassionate, and sensitive to my dad and me. While Dad has had health ups-and-downs during his time at Brookdale, I’ve never had to worry about his level of care and Brookdale’s level of concern. They not only make the appropriate calls, they maintain a very close collaborative partnership with the family, ensuring better processes and outcomes for Dad. We’ve been very pleased with Brookdale’s nursing and medical oversight. ” Lastly, Brookdale celebrates our veterans every day; and also in today’s world, that celebration is especially important. When a love one requires daily assistance due to illness, you need a facility that provides care that you can trust. My family found this comfort and caring with Brookdale. Brookdale was the next best thing to the comfort of home. The staff is caring and attentive. They take the time to get to know the resident as well as the family. They work to individualize the care of the resident to fit his/her specific needs. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to assist in the care of your love one. Brookdale of Clinton, MS is the best place for my father. The location is in a quiet, small college town and is convenient to the amenities needed for shopping, doctor visits and recreation. The community is in a spacious building that is very nice and clean and modern. The staff has worked with me in all aspects of his care and they are eager to find solutions to the many faceted needs of a Stroke survivor. I have watched my Dad regain some movement, dignity and happiness here. We are pleased with Brookdale of Clinton and grateful for their attention, care and kindness they continually show to my father and us, his family.

Our parents lived at Trace Pointe, now Brookdale, for one year. When Brookdale took over the quality of life deminished rapidly. For example: tea glasses disappeared to be replace by juice sized glasses; residents would arrive in the dining room at meal time and wait up to 45 minutes for food to be served; the staff became less responsive. We conducted an experiment with our parents' call button and found it did not work, therefore no response. On the last day of my Father's life I asked administration for additional help, since they were not responding to emergenies. The executive director's response was we had not "contracted for that." We determined to move them and my Father died the week we were to move. Administration never said a word of acknowledgement much less condolence. Our Mother now lives in another facility across town. It is clean, the staff is attentive, food is good, portions are adequate. Yes, it costs more, and worth it.
