New Perspective was an answer to our prayers! Dad received outstanding care, even when his care needs increased, we were assured that he could live out his days there and knew he was being taken care of by compassionate, kind, and caring staff. Thank you memory care staff!!

New Perspective Waconia has been a godsend for my mother and family. When I initially met with Susannah many months ago, the plan was for both my mom and dad to move in. We had the apartment all picked out, and our move-in date was set. However, my dad unexpectedly passed away before they could move in. The staff has been so welcoming and sweet to my mom. Knowing that she has people like that around her makes this new part of her life easier. From the sympathy card sent to our family before she even moved in to the "Welcome to New Perspective" flowers hand delivered to her door. They have gone above and beyond for her. Communication is really outstanding as well. Any questions or concerns I have had have been dealt with quickly and effectively. She is very pleased with her new home. She feels welcome, happy and most importantly safe.

First I want want to say the leadership and staff here are very helpful and caring. I called to setup an appointment to tour in late November and I can say it has been a great experience from that point on. They have been so helpful and great to work with since my mother moved into memory care in mid January. The amount of communication we have received has been great. My mother says she really loves the place and keeps saying how great the food is. Thanks to Tammi and all the great staff!

We am so grateful we made the decision to move our parents to your location in Waconia. It was not an easy move for our parents and your people helped us every step of the way. From Tony, to Natalie, Brenda and Carol at the front desk, all the dining people , Chadd (helping us and our parents with their TV), housekeepers, Megan, Courtney (nursing staff) rest of the staff including the people giving out medications, the night staff, Blue Stone people....the kindness, compassion, care and empathy is wonderful. The communication with us as a family is top notch and seriously your staff have been so kind to us and our parents. We are really beyond grateful! Honestly we've not met one person on your staff that didn't like their job. It's a very happy place. Our parents have settled in to your beautiful place, love the food (and the soup yum) and are getting back to their very social life. My dad was very happy that the snow removal people even went around his car to remove snow. Its a big deal. My experience with the team at New Perspective has been incredible! I own a home care agency in California so I deal with families in crisis all the time. When I found myself having to deal with some very intense and time sensitive deadlines with my 90 year old mother, I needed a team that could help me navigate the complexities of transferring care for mom to their facility. The team at New Perspective was flexible and responsive to the needs of my family. Everyone was so professional!! I highly recommend this facility. If I owned a home care agency in Minnesota, I would have no reservations about recommending New Perspective to any family I was working with.....they would be in good hands:-)

My aunt was in Bettys Harbor for a number of years. She recently passed away and the empathy and attention the staff provided was exceptional. Everyone had a kind word and provided food for the family on her final days. It was a wonderful experience being in this community and the care provided was kind and loving. Our family is so grateful she was in a special place over the last few years
