The care of my father has been wonderful. He enjoys living at Carriage Court. The staff is very caring and treat the residents as if they are family. We are at peace knowing that when we are not with dad, that he is safe and surrounded by friends who really care about him.

My mom has been a resident at Carriage Court for about four years now. A fall at home followed by rehabilitation led her to respite care there. She got used to the routine and enjoyed assistance with meals and bathing. I think she feels safe and secure there. I think they do a nice job. The meals are good. They have a lot of activities for residents— crafts, short road trips, etc. If my mom has a fall or something, they are able to transport her to the local emergency room for assessment. That is a huge help. The nurse there gets back to me if I have any questions or concerns.

[I wrote the following in 2021. Since then this facility has changed owners and its leadership has turned over. They may still be an excellent facility, but I no longer know that for sure. Here is what I wrote in 2021:] Carriage Court is an exemplary institution. My dad was in its memory care unit for 22 months before he passed at age 94 (17 of those during coronavirus). I can’t say enough about how at home the staff made him feel. The aides were so positive, cheerful, and caring with all the residents; I never once saw any of them in a “bad mood.” My dad and his fellow memory care residents always looked contented, clean, maintained, and alert (each to their abilities) week after week (when the virus closed in-person visits, staff set up videocams for family right near the center of action). The memory care unit even looks like a home, so much so that my dad would look around and say “this is a really nice home.” But staff at all levels were caring, considerate, and knowledgeable, as well as responsive and proactive in engaging with family. I cannot imagine finding a better facility than Carriage Court, and I certainly know no facility in our family’s wide-ranging search for a place for our dad came even close to what we felt from our very first visit to this facility. That first impression only got better and better.

I work in the health care field and I have contact with several different nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I highly recommend Carriage Court in Washington Court House. The residents are all treated like family and I have only heard great things about the facility from the residents. They have fun themed activity days, creative activities that keep the residents busy and active, and exercise classes.

Covid was an extremely difficult time for all assisted places, but Carriage Court of Washington CourtHouse ‘weathered the storm’ due to hard working staff & particularly the management who filled in many shifts when needed. And now that those hard days are behind them, CC is once again operating with a full staff like a well oiled machine! My 95 yr old father tells me often “How wonderful it is to live here.” Staff is attentive, everyone is kind & the entire place is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend it as a Loving & sincerely Caring place for a loved one.

I would highly recommend this facility. The building is first class and the care provided by ALL the staff was over above our expectations! I was kept up to date on my brother's care and was very confident he was in good hands. If you are looking for a home away from home for a loved one contact them!!

Such a great place to work! Everyone is like one big family, staff and the residents. This is the only facility I would consider moving a loved one into. If youre looking for a job, or a home for a loved one, I highly recommend Carriage Court of Washington Court House.

My grandma spent her last years in this facility and I could not be more thankful for the staff for making them comfortable! The staff is truly amazing. The facility is always clean and welcoming. All of the residents seem very happy and well taken care of. We still enjoy visiting when we are in town just to say hello. Thank you, Carriage Court for taking such good care of my grandma Ruth and all of the residents. You are the BEST!

I cant begin to describe the loving care my mom, Dorothy Campbell received at Carriage Court. I am grateful to each and everyone that she had the pleasure to be loved by this past year. I knew when I wasnt around they were talking to her, checking on her, loving on her and helping her with whatever she needed. They were all so kind and compassionate with her day and night. My mother-in-law loves it here and she is doing great. I like the staff providing the care, the activities, and the fact she is eating 3 meals a day. The staff help her get dressed, showered, and they keep her safe. I am getting updates about her and I am able to visit every other day. I picked them because the location is in my town.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my wife with her move to this community. I'am satisfied with her move to this community. The people that they have working there at Carriage Court are AMAZING! They are all so loving and caring. My Mother in law gets tucked in to bed every evening with a hug and is told that she is loved. The residents are all clean and cared for. The thing that impressed me was the cleanliness of the home and how beautifully decorated it is. They go above and beyond to take care of the residents there. We are so happy that our loved one is there and she is happy to be there too and has said how safe and comfortable she is there.
