Brookdale Latrobe is a wonderful Community! We toured with my Mom and knew from the start that this was the best fit for her. The staff walked us through every step and made it an easy transition. They are so kind, caring and friendly that it feels like home. Great personal care, meals, activities and nursing staff on site 24-7…Thank you to all of the awesome people that make this happen!

This is a top notch facility. Clean, extremely pleasant and welcoming. Staff are caring, educated, you always see a smile on their faces. I have stayed for meals before which were excellent. The management is just as caring as the help. I could not be happier my mom is there. I now do not have to worry.

Brookdale is an exceptional facility! Visually appealing, spotlessly clean, filled with positive vibes, and dedicated professionals! Since my buddy became a resident there a few months ago, I've had the pleasure of interacting with the Executive Director, Health and Wellness Director, Activities Director, and employees on numerous occasions. My takeaway from those interactions is their genuine commitment to the physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health of the residents!

I have been so pleased with the care that my mom has received since moving in to Brookdale Latrobe. It's such a difficult decision when making such a big transition and I feel confident in the choice we made for my mom to be at Brookdale. The staff has been incredible; so friendly and I'm so impressed that they all take the time to know the name of each resident. The nursing staff has been incredible in handling all of my mom's heath concerns. It is such a wonderful feeling to know that my mom is so well cared for and that she is safe.

We found Brookdale Latrobe through Care Patrol. We toured in December and my mom moved in a month later. There is a comfortable vibe there which I didn't get from other places we toured. I also like that they have some staff members with 20+ years working there. I live out of state, so I had to communicate via phone and email a lot. Vonda and Shawn made the process very easy and pretty stress-free. My mom says she is very happy with her care, the people are very nice and hasn't had a bad meal yet.:) Everyone we've dealt with seems kind and helpful to my mom! John the social director is wonderful! He's always including the residents in on fun activities! I was recently there for St. Patrick's Day and was included in the festivities. It's hard being so far from my mom, but I feel like she is getting great care from Brookdale Latrobe! Thank you for all you do for the residents and families! ~Tracey K.

As a family member, I am very happy with Brookdale Latrobe! The staff is fantastic and the care for my mother is great. A huge shout out to a nurse by the name of Caitlyn..she is one of the kindest nurses I have ever met. The administrator, nursing director and sales, marketing staff are honest, smart, kind and most of all very respectful to the residents as well as family members and they go above and beyond their duties. Communication is also wonderful! 5 stars to this facility!

Highly recommend, Brookdale was an excellent choice for our Aunt. The community is super clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly, caring, and attentive. Most important our Aunt is very comfortable there.

Brookdale has been the best decision we made for my Dad! They not only have made him welcome and comfortable but have given him a sense of security and independence as well. I love this facility! My friends mother is here. Its always clean and bright. There are daily activities for the residents, transportation to doctors appointments and lots of caring staff. They work their butt off to keep everyone safe and happy. My hats off to the staff.

What a lovely facility. I read to residents here weekly. They have a multitude of activities daily and a dining facility that is reminiscent of a fine dining restaurant. You dont see wheel chairs lining the hallways and no foul orders. The staff are very friendly and attentive, they truly care about their charges. If you need a place for a loved one THIS IS IT.

Visited last week for my mom, even though they say its under construction the place was very clean and orderly. The staff were so friendly; met with sales, and the administrator spent a lot of time with me too (didnt have that experience anywhere else). You knew they really cared and loved their job.

Our parents were residents since last year. Both have passed but the care and compassion was more than we could imagine. We had our memorial there today and the staff outdid themselves. They went overboard to make it so special. Thanks to the entire staff
