This place has been a true blessing to me, my co-workers are my family. Countryside is the perfect name for our community and the center has a beautiful pond and white picket fence. I have worked with the Countryside team since 2004. The setting is a beautiful, peaceful "countryside" with a pond out front. The facility has been in business for 29 years and is a blessing to the community. It is a beautiful facility. We have a great family of coworkers who love and treat the residents like family. We have a great therapy team who work hard at helping resident's reach their goals to go home if they are able or to be their best if that is not feasible. It is very exciting to see a resident get to WALK out the front doors with staff cheering for them, giving hugs and asking them to please come back to visit.

Countryside is the perfect name for this center. The landscape is in Carlisle County and the center has a beautiful pond and white picket fence. As soon as you walk in, the southern hospitality is felt from the warm greetings to the amazing food prepared by their chef. Residents can enjoy sophisticated nursing and rehabilitation services while in a home like, community setting.

I am a current happy resident living here at my retirement home. I look at the staff as my adopted family. I have fun, get exercise and eat gourmet meals every day. The staff are loving knowledgeable and very caring. The Executive Director is like my second mother. I love it here!!!

The staff are what makes this nursing/rehab place topnotch. Truly one of a kind. If you are looking for family style care for your self or loved one, You found it.
