During the past five years, and now, I have been a resident of Clifton Assisted Living on two separate occasions. Presently, the Inn and the care it provides is of the best~warm and welcoming. There is a `team culture` amongst the employees in each and every department/management , aides, housekeeping, dietary, maintenance and activities. It is a pleasure for me to designate Clifton with a 5 star plus rating/review!

My aunt moved into Clifton Assisted Living this past December and it warms our heart to see how well she has adapted to her new home. I think this is largely due to the excellent staff and management at Clifton. The staff are some of the most compassionate and caring people we know and we discovered most have been there for many years and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. My aunt , who is 90 years old, has become more active , playing Bingo a few days per week and attending exercise classes and other special programs, She goes to the dining hall three meals per day and has made new friends in a very short time. Thank you for the wonderful caring environment you provide and the peace of mind the ensues as a result.

My parents started here over 6 years ago. It was a place the really called “Home”. As my father got Ill, everyone at Clifton looked out for my dad and assisted with any issues that arised.. After he had passed, my mom always had people to talk with. They checked in on her and always called family members if anything was wrong.. Clifton is a place where you know that your parents are being well taken care of. My mom always says that she loves everyone there and enjoys being there. Their food is outstanding and if you need anything, they try their best to give. I can say, “ I sleep at night knowing my mom is there”. Thank you Clifton Asst Living

My parents started there 7years ago and it has been and still is the best place. My father passed away 4 yrs ago and my mom had alwAys had the best care there. My mother loves the people who care for her, the activities, quality, beauty of the place and especially the food. As having a parent living there, it has been the best decision made. Both my aunt and Mom have lived at Clifton Assisted Living for the past 10 years and I am grateful for the loving care they both received. Each resident is treated with respect and understanding. Empathy abounds! The building and grounds are well kept with seasonal plantings and the interior is neat and clean. Clifton truly functions as an Inn..as a home with yummy meals in a beautiful dining room, daily entertainment in-house and "field trips", helpful staff that genuinely care for each and every resident. The office staff goes over and above to help resolve problems and communicates with the families frequently. Not only am I happy that my aunt and mom were able to enjoy living at Clifton, I hope this tradition continues and I am fortunate to spend some time there as a resident in the future.

Our mom/mother-in-law has been at Clifton Assisted Living for 8 years. The staff is loving and attentive to her needs. She has been well cared for and has been supported in maintaining her independence. She recently turned 100 years old and the entire community celebrated with her! I have been a resident at Clifton Assisted Living for 4 years. The apartments are lovely and each apartment is different. The atmosphere here is extremely warm and friendly. I can’t praise the staff enough; they take such good care of me and treat me like family, I love them all. Additionally they kept us safe and healthy throughout the pandemic. Everyone cooperated and came together as a family during a very scary time. Social activities and normal routines are beginning to resume which is wonderful again.

When my parents experienced a health crisis, they needed to leave their beloved home. Our wish was to keep them together. My siblings and I shopped around for an assisted living that felt like home. I am so happy and sure that we made the right decision. The Inn at Clifton has been their home now for eight years. Most importantly, my parents themselves wholeheartedly agree that the warm and caring staff at this assisted living make them feel like they are surrounded by family. I must also mention that the current management has adeptly handled the covid crisis and kept the residents as safe as possible.

I am very disappointed in the care my mother in law is getting while she is there for therapy after surgery. She has been in pain because they didn’t have the medication she needed. It was being brought in from Brockton and she had to wait. Another time she did not get therapy or moved out of bed until 1:30 in the afternoon. Today we find out she was in pain all night and when she notified the nurse on call, she was told it’s probably because you haven’t moved your bowels. Then when the next shift came in and she complained, that nurse realized she hadn’t relieved herself through her urine bag which she has had since she left the hospital. How inconsiderate and incompetent can the staff be???? Clifton was known for their great care but not anymore!!

THIS PLACE IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR A LOVED ONE TO LIVE,VERY CLEAN SOME OF TKE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL,THEY TALK TO YOU LIKE YOUR A CHILD UNACCEPTABLE,AND YOU CAN'T BE RUDE BACK BECAUSE THEY WILL PERMANENTLY NOT ALLOW YOU BACK IN.....SO SAD
