I recently toured Clifton assisted living community, and I was impressed from start to finish. The staff were warm and welcoming. The facility itself is spotless and well maintained - it felt comfortable. It was nice to see the variety of amenities and engaging activities available to residents, as well as the thoughtful touches that show how much they prioritize comfort and quality of life. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about the people they serve.

As a professional in senior care, I was blown away at the incredible support and passion that the staff at Clifton Assisted Living has for their residents. On my tour, one resident stopped us to say that every employee that she speaks to has a smile on his/her face at all times. It is clear that the staff is caring for the residents the right way and that the employees treat everyone like family. A model to be commended for.

I did a few hours of community service at Clifton. I had such a good time with the residents. They had different activities to keep them busy throughout the day like bingo, Wii bowling ,movie time, board games and more. Everyone is very nice and the Clifton pup Max , is just the cutest dog , the residents love him !

I wanted to leave a 5 star review because I am just SO pleased with the activities department here! My mother in law is a resident here and she’s been telling me how much fun she’s been having recently! She looks forward to playing games with an employee there named Madison. I haven’t met her personally, but she sounds like a delightful young girl! My mother in law tells me that she is so respectful, thoughtful, and kind! I’m not sure how long she’s been an employee for, but she is definitely someone worth keeping around!

I have been visiting Cliffton Assisted Living several days a week for close to one year now. I continue to be impressed by the care and the wonderful living experience they provide to all their residents! Every staff member offers care, compassion, and respect to each person living there. There is a true sense of being part of a large and loving family. It would be hard to fully state in a brief review just how wonderful Cliffton is, but any resident, any family member, even an infrequent visitor would be able to tell you.So much goodness! I will also include that the place is just lovely, with all the rooms, from dining to library, to cafe and music, and the outdoor gardens as well, beautifully decorated and spotlessly maintained. There could be no better place to enjoy a leisure lifestyle or to engage in as active a lifestyle as you would want. The very best!

There is so many common areas to enjoy, if it’s sitting by the fireplace or library or grand room with grand piano my favorite place. The staff is so attentive to the residents. The environment is a quaint and cozy with phenomenal food

My 93-year-old grandmother has been a very happy resident here for the past 6 months. The place is gorgeous, and her apartment easily accommodated all of her comforts from home. The staff are all very attentive, helpful and friendly. There are lots of activities offered, and the food is all freshly prepared and delicious. I would highly recommend the Inn at Clifton as a top notch assisted living.

For the past five months, my mother has been a resident of Clifton Assisted Living. In all that time, my family has been very impressed with the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the genuine caring that the staff has continuously showed. I have found the entire staff to be pleasant and positive every time I visit. I am also impressed with the level of responsibility and communication that is made to families whenever anything out of the ordinary happens. The peace of mind that our family now enjoys is complete, and the result of the excellence we have come to realize is Clifton Assisted Living's daily routine.

Our mom/mother-in-law has been at Clifton Assisted Living for 8 years. The staff is loving and attentive to her needs. She has been well cared for and has been supported in maintaining her independence. She recently turned 100 years old and the entire community celebrated with her! My wife and I have been living here about four months now, and from day one we have met a lot of new friends. The staff and office workers go out of their way to make us feel at home! We could not be happier with all the help we received trying to arrange a 60th anniversary party for my parents. Doreen Mary Nicole and of course a great singer and Justice of Peace Lou renewed their wedding vows . Great time had by all and everything was so beautiful with balloon arch bouquet of flowers and champagne toast.

During the past five years, and now, I have been a resident of Clifton Assisted Living on two separate occasions. Presently, the Inn and the care it provides is of the best~warm and welcoming. There is a `team culture` amongst the employees in each and every department/management , aides, housekeeping, dietary, maintenance and activities. My parents started here over 6 years ago. It was a place the really called “Home”. As my father got Ill, everyone at Clifton looked out for my dad and assisted with any issues that arised.. After he had passed, my mom always had people to talk with. They checked in on her and always called family members if anything was wrong.. Clifton is a place where you know that your parents are being well taken care of. My mom always says that she loves everyone there and enjoys being there. Their food is outstanding and if you need anything, they try their best to give. I can say, “ I sleep at night knowing my mom is there”. Thank you Clifton Asst Living

My parents started there 7years ago and it has been and still is the best place. My father passed away 4 yrs ago and my mom had alwAys had the best care there. My mother loves the people who care for her, the activities, quality, beauty of the place and especially the food. As having a parent living there, it has been the best decision made. My aunt moved into Clifton Assisted Living this past December and it warms our heart to see how well she has adapted to her new home. I think this is largely due to the excellent staff and management at Clifton. The staff are some of the most compassionate and caring people we know and we discovered most have been there for many years and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. My aunt , who is 90 years old, has become more active , playing Bingo a few days per week and attending exercise classes and other special programs, She goes to the dining hall three meals per day and has made new friends in a very short time. Thank you for the wonderful caring environment you provide and the peace of mind the ensues as a result.

Both my aunt and Mom have lived at Clifton Assisted Living for the past 10 years and I am grateful for the loving care they both received. Each resident is treated with respect and understanding. Empathy abounds! The building and grounds are well kept with seasonal plantings and the interior is neat and clean. Clifton truly functions as an Inn..as a home with yummy meals in a beautiful dining room, daily entertainment in-house and field trips, helpful staff that genuinely care for each and every resident. The office staff goes over and above to help resolve problems and communicates with the families frequently. Not only am I happy that my aunt and mom were able to enjoy living at Clifton, I hope this tradition continues and I am fortunate to spend some time there as a resident in the future.

I have been a resident at Clifton Assisted Living for 4 years. The apartments are lovely and each apartment is different. The atmosphere here is extremely warm and friendly. I can’t praise the staff enough; they take such good care of me and treat me like family, I love them all. Additionally they kept us safe and healthy throughout the pandemic. Everyone cooperated and came together as a family during a very scary time. Social activities and normal routines are beginning to resume which is wonderful again.

When my parents experienced a health crisis, they needed to leave their beloved home. Our wish was to keep them together. My siblings and I shopped around for an assisted living that felt like home. I am so happy and sure that we made the right decision. The Inn at Clifton has been their home now for eight years. Most importantly, my parents themselves wholeheartedly agree that the warm and caring staff at this assisted living make them feel like they are surrounded by family. I must also mention that the current management has adeptly handled the covid crisis and kept the residents as safe as possible.

I am very disappointed in the care my mother in law is getting while she is there for therapy after surgery. She has been in pain because they didn’t have the medication she needed. It was being brought in from Brockton and she had to wait. Another time she did not get therapy or moved out of bed until 1:30 in the afternoon. Today we find out she was in pain all night and when she notified the nurse on call, she was told it’s probably because you haven’t moved your bowels. Then when the next shift came in and she complained, that nurse realized she hadn’t relieved herself through her urine bag which she has had since she left the hospital. How inconsiderate and incompetent can the staff be???? Clifton was known for their great care but not anymore!!
