The Greens is well staffed with professional caring and friendly employees who have been working there for years. They really get to know the residents and their families. The surrounding grounds is park like with sidewalks and beautiful gardens. The dinning hall is formal with a great chef. There is live music entertainment indoors and out several days a week. Creative fun family days once a month. Knowing my father was in good hands gave me peace of mind.

From our family's initial search for the right assisted living residence for my Mom and Dad, to the present, The Greens has been, without question, the very best choice we could have made. The excellent administration and support staff treat all residents as family. The clinical and caregiving teams provide compassionate and personalized care that allows each resident to live his or her "best life" each and every day. And all of this takes place on an immaculately-maintained campus that invites both residents and their families to feel at home and enjoy the warmth and friendship of a truly welcoming community.

There are so many great things to say about the Greens at Cannondale! My sister and I had looked at many facilities for our elderly cousin who could no longer live alone and the Greens surpassed them all. The administrators, Kristen and Mary Ellen, were extremely professional and caring and answered all of our inquiries during the tour, and before and after my our cousin moved in. The rooms are beautiful and extremely well equipped. The Greens has many activities the clients can participate in as well as informational meetings for families. The staff is exceptional! They are professional, empathetic and comforting and offer the best of care for our cousin who loves being at the Greens! Many thanks to the entire staff at the Greens!

Mom has been at the Greens for a little over 6 months. They are very attentive at learning my mother's personality, habits and tendencies which helps them minimize her risk of falling. They make every effort to address our concerns and sometimes they make changes and implement our suggestions before I'm even out the front door. Can't ask for more than that.

I live near Seattle, WA and am a senior with some health issues of my own that make it very risky for me to travel during the current pandemic. My 98 year old Mom, who lived in Stamford, CT, had a dementia-related emergency visit to Stamford Hospital, where it was determined that she needed to go directly to a secure memory care facility. The Greens filled the bill. With my sister-in-law in Darien, CT coordinating locally, I've been able to manage the situation remotely via phone and internet. They physically transferred my Mom from Stamford Hospital to her new apartment at Evergreen, moved key furniture items from her former home so that she would feel more at home, and supplied additional furniture items for her previously unfurnished apartment to make her more comfortable. They have been cooperative and professional at all times and have maintained effective Covid pandemic protocols, which have protected my Mom and their staff from infection. They have performed above and beyond all my expectations. I am very grateful for their help during this awful time.

All during my interview for my possibly coming to live at The Greens I was helped by the kindest, most informative and helpful people I have ever met. The tour was at my pace and all my questions and concerns were addressed with honest and encouraging words. I was impressed with the easy friendliness of the residents and all the staff. I would expect this comfortable feeling to continue should I move in.

The Greens @ Cannondale has been an outstanding experience for my Uncle. He considers everyone associated with this outstanding residence part of his extended family! I could not have asked for a better place for him to be spending his later years in life. Both of my parents lived here for several years, and I visited them at the Greens many times. I think it is a very well-run facility with excellent management, nurses, and aides. The facility itself is also very nice. While it is on the expensive side, they did not add a lot of additional charges the way many of the cheaper places do. As my parents needed more and more assistance, they were able to provide it. While no place is perfect, I think the Greens was and is an excellent choice.

What an excellent place! The staff is so caring and efficient. Everything is well thought out and managed. The staff is always watching to make sure all the residents needs are met in a proactive manner. Medical care is handled by the full-time nursing staff and is coordinated with my moms doctors which gives me great peace of mind. Regarding activities, everyday there is so much for the residents to do and keep them active and engaged. The Greens is truly an exceptional living experience. My mom is so happy there!
