I've been at Cedar Creek for almost a month and I'm absolutely loving it. The apartments are darling and I have a beautiful view of a small woods. I see at least 6 or 7 deer in the late afternoon, which is so endearing. The staff are wonderful, accomidating and always pleasant and helpful. The food is consistently delicious and the chef is wonderful. We have 5 choices of different activities every day, including church services and Bible studies. All of my needs are being met consistently and in a timely manner. I love it here and couldn't ask for anything more.

Today, my mother, a resident at Cedar Creek of Warsaw, had a bad day with her health. The staff at Cedar Creek was right there to check her and make her comfortable. They also immediately contacted the associated nurse practitioner to get her involved and to confirm that the steps taken were correct for her situation. I want to especially thank Shantell, Misty, Taylor, Chad, Dee and Becky for the care and love you provide to my mother. These are difficult times for Mother and our family and we appreciate the support all of you provide to Mother and us. Thank you. Rebecca Eyer

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cedar Creek. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, but that doesn't even compare to how exceptional the entire staff is. Our mom has been so well taken care of with dignity and respect which has been a godsend for all 6 of us children. They have been more than accommodating with us through what will be our mom's final days. They have been supportive and caring and check on us just as much as they check in with mom. We are so thankful for them as we have been able to spend this quality time with our mother. They are a family here and you can feel the love and care from each and everyone who works her. It's not just a job it's their calling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for loving our mother as much as we do.

Cedar Creek is a place where you as family and your loved will be heard, valued and truly cared about. The location is beautiful, tucked away in a nice wooded, peaceful area in the heart of Warsaw so there is also easy access. Experiencing a larger facility first and then Cedar Creek we have no doubt that the care is better at Cedar Creek. Staff are consistent, seem to like where they work, care about one another and care about their residents (and their family too). When a problem occurs staff and leadership are available to problem solve which is greatly appreciated. We are glad we found Cedar Creek.

My mother has lived here since August 2020. She is almost 94 now and has mild dementia. She loves it at Lake City Place and tells everyone that it’s a wonderful place to live. She goes to all the activities which is her favorite thing about living here. She says the food is good and there’s more than enough. All the staff seems to be very kind and caring. We are happy we chose Lake City Place for Mom.

The moment I walked through the door at Lake City Place, I knew this was the right place for my brother, Tom. Tom says the food is delicious, the activities are entertaining and well planned and the staff are always there with a helping hand. I highly recommend Lake City Place in Warsaw.

Im giving five stars because overall our family is happy with the care our mother receives at Lake City Place. We chose LCP because of the smaller community and cozy environment. It was really hard to experience the COVID lockdowns and not be able to visit with our mother. There were times when the communication with our family needed improvement. But, overall our mother has adjusted to her apartment at LCP and has made friends. She is also safe and well cared for and has made friends in the community.

Staff at LCP do their best to provide care for all residents. Residents are treated like family and a quickly bonded with. They are always coming up with new ideas on how to make their day to day lives more enriching. Every facility has their problem spots but this facility is quick to address any issue that arise.
