Visited My grandma a few days ago. Loved how comfortable she was and how I felt sharing the place at the moment with her. Its clean, welcoming and the staff was very helpful with everything.

My mother moved in nearly nine months ago and, originally, I was extremely hesitant sending her to live here due to preexisting reviews. It did not paint the place in a generous light, but I was working with very limited options. Taking the tour helped ease my worries. The building was extremely clean and the staff and other residents we bumped into during my visit where all extremely friendly and comforted my anxiety by saying that they enjoy living here. Since the move in date, I haven't heard any complaints from my mother. Shes become more social, often doing activities or going to entertainment. And, when I visit, she's hanging out with other residents in the common areas. She has very positive relationships with the staff members. And a lot of them go above and beyond what their job is supposed to be. They remind me a lot of a family unit. Recently they celebrated a baby shower for their kitchen staff and staff and residents alike were able to enjoy the event. For anyone who is hesitant to send their loved ones here. Don't be. From reading their policies and familiarizing myself with how they operate. The negative reviews I came across seem to just come from people who don't understand how the place operates. Everything they've done for my mother, including a dealing with a hospital visit, comes down to them prioritizing her safety and wellbeing. They are really caring people and your family members will be treated with kindness and love.

I want to commend the staff at the Prospect house on how welcoming and professional everyone is. I am a visiting nurse and had the pleasure of meeting members of staff and clients. The building is always clean and fresh looking. The clients tell me how well they are taking care of and really feel the sincerity of the staff- whether it's the nurses aids or office staff- the clients say they feel like a family. I just want to add a thank you to all the staff for making me feel part of what they have here. Hats off to a great job!

I was a visitor there today and worried about what I’d find based on “marginal” scores from other reviews. To my delight I found it IMMACULATE, in EVERY respect, and FRIENDLY. I hope there is such a facility when my time comes to need one.

My aunt moved in last week and she likes it. The staff has been super . They are taking her around and to activities to get used to her surroundings. The food is good. It was very hot when she first moved in, but that is under control now. She is on the automatic pharmacy program and the meds came in the second day she was there. The staff makes sure she takes her meds twice a day.. On the first night she was there, a staff member checked on her several times to make sure she was ok. So far so good!
