Facility appears to be very inviting, but don't judge a book by it's cover. If your in need of respite care and a loved one needs special assistance this IS NOT the place you want. Robin and Andy were great in their communications and assistance, but their Director, possible owner, is a buffoon.

My mother has been at Regency Muskego for one year. The turnaround in her health has been great to see. The staff is so good at making sure she has her pills on a regular schedule, balanced meals, and showers 2 times a week. My mother is very social, she loves the activities and the games. What prompted me to write this review are the continued precautions being taken around Covid19. My mother appreciates the continual testing of visitors, staff, and residents. A thank you to all the staff that make the Regency Muskego a fun place and safe place for seniors.

My Mom started out in independent living and within 4 months had to move into assisted living all within the Regency Muskego compound. The staff is so good at making sure she has her pills on a regular schedule, balanced meals, her apartment cleaned, etc. She's commented that she feels safe at the Regency which makes her family feel that she's in a safe place.

When my father passed away, we needed to find a new place for mom - a place that felt like home. A co-worker of mine had a relative who lived at Regency ProHealth-Muskego and recommended it highly, so we decided to check it out. We were familiar with other senior communities in the area, but they didnt have that special sparkle. We were delightfully surprised when we viewed Regency-Muskego! Susan Grilli, Director of Sales and Marketing, gave us the grand tour, was especially informative and matched mom up with just the right apartment. Since being here, mom has found the most helpful staff, comfortable surroundings, friendly neighbors and great food. Her favorite part is the beautiful view of the lake and wildlife from her window! With the tiered senior living programs offered at Regency-Muskego, she will be able to remain in this wonderful community for many years to come! Mom is so thankful to be here and very happy to call this home.

My family highly recommends the ProHealth Regency – Muskego assisted living facility. My mother was hospitalized and we wanted to move her to assisted living when she was released. This gave us 3 days to find her a new home. Susan Grilli and the staff at Regency Muskego were fantastic in helping us move Mom quickly. They placed her into a respite care apartment which gave us time to move her belongings. Mom chose her apartment from several that were available. The facilities at the Regency-Muskego are attractive, roomy and well maintained. Being a smaller facility, accessibility is easier for residents who have limited mobility. On site banking and hair care services are available along with a small store. The food is exceptional and residents have a choice of menu items. There are activities such as bingo and singalongs. The staff at Regency-Muskego are great. They are friendly, caring, and know the residents by name. My mom is not a joiner but staff has made sure she is participating in events. What impresses me most of all about ProHealth Regency-Muskego is the CAN-DO attitude that prevails here. Staff are open to suggestions and are willing to help residents and their families have the best experience. Best of all – Mom loves her new home.------ Ann Reilly

We recently worked with Susan Grilli, Director of Sales and Marketing-ProHealth Care-The Regency in Muskego. My parents were looking to move from their home that they have lived in for over 40 years, so a big life decision for them. Susan did a wonderful job of making them feel comfortable, sharing all the options available at The Regency and my parents decided to sell their home and make the move to an independent residence at The Regency. I am very impressed with how close Susan is to the current residents (seems like they all know her and she knows them by name!) and how comfortable she made my parents feel, along with the rest of our family. Susan made the whole process very easy and was reasonable when she handled any concerns my parents had during the process. Wow! What can I say? I am so impressed with the Regency Senior Center of Muskego! My 82 year old aunt recently sold her home of 45 years and wanted to get into a senior living complex. We toured several and most were either too expensive, didnt offer enough services or was too far away from her doctors and shopping. Once we toured the Regency, she was sold and was going to do anything possible to get in at this complex. Fast forward to Susan Grilli! She is super amazing! Susan went above and beyond to help us hold the apartment for my aunt until she sold her home and we could sign the lease! She always has a calm voice, is very positive and gives the feeling that everything will be not only okay, but safe and fun too! The entire staff is very warm and welcoming and I think my aunt will like her new home! I will have the peace of mind of knowing that there will now be someone available 24-7 (I am about 50 minutes away from Muskego) if she needs any help and the possibility of moving into assisted care if and when the time comes. I just moved in to the Regency on Friday and I love it. First there was a sign on my door Welcoming me a nice touch. I love the apartment it was clean and ready for me to move in. I thought I wont like the underground parking I love it so convenient and the food is wonderful I rate it a 10 but I will do the Five Stars. The handyman was extremely helpful and my leasing agent could be nicer or more helpful during this time. Everyone should come and see this place and meet the staff all are awesome.

My mother has lived in the Assisted Living Lodge for 3 years. They have taken good care of mom and always kept us informed immediately of any concerns. They have been our day-to-day eyes and ears which was reassuring. Regency was a good transition from her own home. One of the best things we did was move her doctors into the ProHealth network. This entitled her to free transportation to all Dr. appointments, even to the hospital 20 miles away. This has been a wonderful cost saving benefit. They do all kinds of activities and take weekly trips. They also show a movie once a week and offer two kinds of religious services onsite. Mom really enjoys the meals also. Right now she is in rehab and all she does is talk about the food she would have gotten at Regency, especially the desserts. She has been spoiled by their chef. Overall I would recommend this facility. Any concerns I have raised have been addressed.

What a beautiful place. The staff and management are wonderful. My parents have lived there for years and we have nothing but great things to say. The food is very good, the service from the CNAs is compassionate, and all staff have a smile and warm greating when you pass them. I would highly recommend this facility ??

This is a well kept facility with a different take. The main building where all the activities and dining is for assisted residents. Independent residents are in one of three satellite buildings. Nice buildings some nice floor plans. I have not chosen this facility for further consideration for Mom because we felt the socialization would be difficult. She would have to take a bus from her resident building to the main building for any activities. There appeared to be very little interaction of residents in the satellite buildings. That would only occur if there was casual meetings or if long time residents would take the initiative to knock on Moms door and interact with her. Take her under their wing so to speak. Nice facility, appears to be nice staff. This is a perfect for a truly independent senior.

My Mother called Regency Muskego her home for the last fourteen years of her life. Shortly after my father passed away Mom wanted to move somewhere that was safe, provided social engagement and a place to help with her daily cares if needed. Regency Muskego filled all of those needs and exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from her window over looked a calming lake with refreshing water fountains. The sense of luxury is seen throughout the grounds and in the buildings. More important than the beautiful surroundings that she lived in was the loving community that she joined. The friends that she made were dear to her heart and the staff that helped her was caring and professional. She felt independent because she could manage hair appointments, exercise class and attend recreational activities on her own. There was no need for her to drive a car or worry about maintaining a home. All of this was provided for her. Our family is extremely grateful for all of the staff and innovation in Senior Living that Regency Muskego provided. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
