I highly recommend this facility! My life companion was there after the first physical therapy told me he will never walk again!!! He is now walking with a walker for very little time Thanks to Biana, Leanne and the others… And Specifically to Julie the Social worker what a caring person she will ho out of her way to help and serve and Thanks to Tony in Administration Thank to All of you to rescue the physical therapy of My life companion Also want to thank all nurses that work around him and Danielle for her excellent work on his wound. They are so dedicated to the well being of their residents. They are hard working nurses . Thank you

My dad was in there for a year and we moved him. The facility used to be good but they were bought out by another company. The management now doesn’t care about the residents . There clothes go to the laundry and never come back . The food is poor quality and small portions. Every time we go and visit the trash can is full and the room needs to be cleaned. You ring the bell and it takes 20 minutes or more to answer . To try to call on weekends and they don’t even answer the phone Or they will Answer and hang up . You try to talk to the manager or the director of nurses . They’re never available, in a meeting or they left early for the day Nobody in charge on weekends and employees do what they want . There are a few good employees but the rest play on their phones and ignore the patients.

She makes sure that everyone is set in their duties and makes sure that everything in that facility runs smoothly and tries to maintain the reputation for Hallettsville Rehab. A very educated and model Nurse, she's always working and taking care of staff, residents and patients as a fellow nurse she has been very helpful with my training being a new nurse. I have nothing but good things to say about Hallettsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The staff is always dedicated to their patients and have always had the best of attitudes. They are courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. I've seen the Assistant Director of Nursing, Laurie Burger, working her tail off on some busy and chaotic days, but not once have I seen her without a smile on her face and lending a helping hand wherever she can. This center loves and cares for their patients like family and that isn't something you can say about a lot of places these days. Definitely 5 stars!

Very experienced staff. They tend to each resident according to their needs. Very compassionate to the residents as well as their family & friends. The nurses have their CNA's back 100% and do not overlook them. They get out on the floor and help when help is needed. I highly recommend Amy Murphy & Carly Hermes, they are great at team work and both respond quickly to any situation that is brought to them. I am proud to say that I am a part of this TEAM. 🙂

With a special shout out to Nurse Carley for her excellent care when caring for my grandmother, Nurse Lacey for being so respectful and nurturing and DON Leah for her trust and honesty for her staff and residents.
