I've been here for a year now. Overall I'm treated well and adequately cared for. This facilty is clean, I never see bugs or smell any other residents. I recommend it for short or long stays.

The place is very quiet it feels like a ghost town. I came out of town to visit my Aunt I haven’t seen in a few years. I was a little disappointed they didn’t have a lot of activities for the residents. It’s supposed to be active and they barely had anything going on both days I came in. I had lunch with her and the food was not good at all very low quality. They even have the residents working in there instead of staff. I had to walk to a few offices until I could find her apartment since there is no one to greet me as I came in which I found odd. I’m not sure if I’m going to keep her here after my visit:

Nice facilities nothing addressed at this facilities at all administrative lacking services seems staff ok every place has issues never anwser buzzer or take forever get any services for hallway staff buzzer been on hour and half staff is bare minimum seems all time if have a accident you wait from 25 minutes to 2hrs 45 minutes?or more two people out on tonight no one this wing passing out meds no cart walking down halls meds to rooms again no snacks did get soda after asked at 5 pm just now showed up as I said very nice place staff some goes over top at times some not best at all night shift not best at this facilities at all administration seems be very needing address issues they facing trying to elderly care with your rehabilitation services they lost in issues seems bed before 6 pm meds try not take my night time meds by 9 that was last till morning time menus where small increased size on mine some added salad no snacks still available rate service at this facility 2 to 3 at best has potential but myself don't see it happening if don'take changes administration tells people one thing does another food issues are big concerns after dinner nothing for 12 hours milk cookies lucky at most others places sandwiches gallon cheese sticks ice cream yogurt etc not in this facilities few days ago all for dinner was dishwater soup small cornbread 26 kerreal corn food difficulty lacking larger eaters thus group tonight was fair night staff really poor slow good thing nobody needs anything probably overtime probably tonight most here in morning back lots good people work at this facilities d Some administration very nice and overall ok exsperiance first time in a facilities controlled rough start not best peron deal with at all so if i was rude obnoxious or disrespectful sorry ifeel restricted at ime

Skinny Blonde/grey haired nurse w ankle tattoo should be fired immediately. unbelievably rude, and unprofessional, made my grandma cry when all she was trying to do was talk and try and understand what was going on with my grandpa who’s literally on deaths door. She even TALKED MORE MESS BEHIND MY GRANDMAS BACK WHEN SHE THOUGHT WE COULD NOT HEAR TO OTHER NURSE WHILE SHE WAS CRYING, then when my grandma politely mentioned while crying that she didn’t need this, the women proceeded to act puzzled and starstruck as to why my grandma would be so upset. This doesn’t make up for some of the nice workers, there’s plenty of friendly faces. But it seems all nurses hate life, hate their job, and walk around with the worst attitude as if half the people there aren’t miserable enough. DO BETTER.

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to write this review. It has been a year since my Mother passed to her Heavenly home, but I want to write this regardless to maybe encourage others that need these services to consider Bethany in Ripon. My experience working with them started on the basis of home health services. My mother needed assistance with basic living needs, even though she was very reluctant to admit it. I reached out to Bethany and both Bonnie and Pam were very professional and understanding as to the situation. I am an only child and live several hundred miles from Ripon, and as time went on, I was unable to provide the level of care she needed. They came to her home and counseled her as to the services they could provide. When I was not able to be be there in person, they allowed me to participate by phone. We worked through a customized plan to meet her needs, allowing us to make changes as we went along. The level of care they provided was stellar! The people actually providing the services were excellent. Bethany employs a very positive, but strict code of conduct. When it came time to utilize skilled nursing, Bethany was very helpful in working through that transition. It was particularly challenging as this was during the prime of the covid 19 crisis. If you think that is an easy process, especially dealing with medicare and insurance companies, you are very mistaken. Cindy oversees the entire organization, and I had many conversations with her and her team of absolute professionals. They are caring, and willing to work with reasonable specific needs. They are just really good people caring for your loved ones as a ministry of service. I can't thank them enough for the care and help they gave my mother and our family all the way up to her passing. If you have a loved one that is needing assisted health services, all the way from basic home health assistance to skilled nursing services, I can attest they are the best I've seen or heard of, based on other reviews of other facilities. As I said above, they treat this a a ministry of service, rather than just a job. My family was very blessed to have them assist us during the last few months of my mother's life on earth.
