I am so thankful for Brookdale Midwestern Senior Living Solutions. When we were looking for a facility to put my mom at we were not sure where to go. I came to Brookdale. The staff was so friendly and genuinely cared about our situation. My mom will celebrate her 1 year anniversary at Brookdale Midwestern at the end of September 2024. As stated before the staff is very friendly and they treat my mom with love and respect. The food is amazing which is prepared by Maggie the cook. They keep my mom engaged with crafts, Bingo, exercise and trivia. My mom is actually thriving there. It's very clean and homey. So glad we chose Brookdale Midwestern. I highly recommend!

I volunteer at 3 different assisted living facilities. As a retired RN I find Brookdale Midwestern is one of the nicest and cleanest facilities I have been in. They have one of best Directors ( Stephanie) that I have encountered. The food is unbelievable. I have had many meals there that were outstanding. If I had a parent that needed assisted living that is where they would go. Very homey. The facility has been painted and new carpet installed. It's almost like walking into an upscale hotel. Many kudos to all staff members! .

When carrying for a parent and wanting what is best for them can be difficult. I just want to express how the staff and management is caring and compassionate towards their patients. I should say family because that’s how they treat you. They love their job but have a loving compassion for people. Thank you Brookdale. PS. My dad said the food is awesome!!

My mom lived out the last few years of her life here. I was able to visit several times per week and got to know the staff and many of the residents. I was pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Always kind words were spoken even in trying times. It meant a great deal to me that so many of the staff came by to hug Mom in her final day. Some staff delayed leaving for vacation just to be with Mom. This place was like a second family for me.

I think that my initial impression is that feeling of Home. My brother and I faced a decision in 2017 to find caregivers for our mother. She had dementia and was very frail. The entire staff became family. I observed the interactions of staff members with residents. My mother thrived. She soon loved all the staff. These people have a good thing going. I also became friends with other residents who were my mothers friends. My mother passed away almost a year ago. I continue to visit. They are still family. If you need a place for your family member where they will be cared for and loved, consider them.

My parents had lived there for several years. The staff there had been doing a great job taking care of them, made sure they were comfortable and treated them like a family. I would recommend this place for living. They have lot of activities.

Want to thank the Brookdale staff for making the last five years of my wonderful mothers life good ones. Mom, had many friends there to make her life less lonesome and to give her social opportunities she would not have had otherwise. We are blessed by the love she received and reciprocated. The wonderful dining staff, activity director, health aides , beauticians, personnel director and office management. They all worked with us as a family and became family. Mother passed away last week. Much of the staff said goodbye and left her room weeping. My sister, Sharon and I just said we both will miss Brookdale. Hope to make visits to see some of moms friends. Honestly could go on and on, but I will finish by saying once again Thank you Brookdale. 2014-2019 The Family of Brunette Halbrook.

Staff are amazing. Food is well-prepared and they take great lengths to accommodate people individually. Only observation: food could be nicer than hotdogs, pizza, sandwiches, etc. Events and activities are outstanding. Again, cant mention it enough: staff genuinely care, which is the biggest plus.

I have worked for Brookdale on and off since 2015. The amount of love and compassion I see in this building, is absolutely amazing. The love that our staff has for the residents, especially our management, is unbelievable. This is a very hard job to do, but I love it with everything in me.
