The turn around I have witnessed within assisted living and memory care at woodland place is beyond amazing. It smells good and it is way cleaner. The management alone shows care and compassion, the resident care director Tifany is the sweetest most respectable young lady and she stays on top of everything, I don't think she skips a beat. My mom stated her being here makes her feel safe as she checks on her daily, she even responds to me at all hours on her personal phone to make sure mom is ok and that I have a peace of mind . They have a activities person that my mom adores and says she always has snacks and ice cream and makes things fun. There is a med tech Priscilla who is also a huge part of my moms care and she really knows her stuff. The ED is a older gentleman who is also super nice. The caregivers and the med techs have also been much more pleasant and active, Everything looks to be going in a great direction. I can honestly say I can sleep at night now knowing who is taking care of my mom. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility, especially there memory care unit (where my mom is). 5 months ago i wouldnt have even thought to write a review that was nice, but myself and other families can see the change and are thankful for the new managament !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No stability here, terrible management, you never know who will be working here next week. This place gets a new director every few months. Upper management needs to get their together.

this is not place that you want your family member they is just about the money .there no security so any one just walk in and take them all you can not find the help went you need them .most of the patient are take care of them self my sister was stay there and someone just walk off with her and noone know she was gone and she have dementia very bad.

Winsdor House now Woodland Place. Picked this place because of the smaller more intimate size and the cost. Nothing is perfect and this place isn't either but I can say that the staff is super nice and they seem to really care about the people living there which is more important to me than new paint They are in the process of upgrading the place. Just put in new carpet. Very nice fireplace in the living room area. Lots of activities.

This place is like a second family to my great grandmother. They love her like their own family and do everything in their power to make her feel comfortable. The residents in this facility also become good friends and provide company and support to one another.

Windsor House is a wonderful caring community filled with loving staff who have been trained to deal with dementia patients. A Home away from home environment they truly care for their family members. Come by today for a guided tour. We'd love to show you around.

My family chose this place for my grandfather. It's not an easy decision for anybody to pick a place for a loved one to stay, but Windsor house is by far the nicest, well kept and active assisted living communities in the upstate. I would recommend Windsor House to everyone.
