What a place! We have been so blessed by Fillmore Country Club as a family. My Grandma lived there years ago and was treated so well. We knew she was getting such good care every day. Now my Mom is a resident and some of the same staff are still there. Rose is still the manager and we can always rely on her for help whether it's planning care after medical procedures or social-emotional support. All of the staff work together to make sure their residents are well looked after and treated with respect and dignity. We highly recommend this facility.

Fillmore Country Club has been home to my brother for many years. The facilities are clean and comfortable in a warm loving environment. There is a sense of family, my brother is very happy there and I am very happy with the care he receives there.

My husband and I are so pleased with the care my dad is receiving at the Fillmore Country Club. From the very beginning, the administration and staff have been knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely kind and accommodating in handling the many details associated with my dad's transition to assisted living. We are confident he is receiving high quality care which gives us tremendous peace of mind. His accommodations are spacious and clean, and we greatly enjoyed the Thanksgiving feast the staff provided for the residents and their families. The facility is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and we always receive a friendly greeting when we arrive for our visits. A huge thank you to Luis, Rose, and the many other wonderful staff members; we are so appreciative for all you have done.

Fillmore Country Club has been such a Godsend for my family. Both parents were together until mom passed. Dad has dementia but is still doing so well there. The staff is awesome. They know all residents very well and are so loving, caring and patient with everyone. They didn't have one resident who got Covid because they were so very vigilant about safety procedures. The facility is beautiful and the surrounding hills and orchards are lovely. There's a nice courtyard in the middle where residents can plant flowers, sit in the sun or shade and relax or read a book, hang out with your visiting family and friends. There's also an outdoor sitting area near the entrance where you can relax while surrounded by flowers. The price is so much more affordable than anywhere else. I highly recommend Fillmore Country Club.

Our mom has been at Fillmore Country Club since 2014 and it was the BEST decision we made. The staff is caring and the facility is clean! Structure is so important for my mom and we are thankful she is there.

My mom has been at FCC for two years and has had the best care and experience. Her room is great and the staff has been kind and caring since day one. Their dining experience is beautiful and nutritious. Mom especially enjoys the salad bar. Our family is grateful for FCC. It's a very special place.

What a wonderful place! My father lived here for 3+ years. The staff is so caring and professional. Many have worked here for several years which says a lot. Since the facility is on the smaller side the staff definitely became part of my dad's family and it felt like ours as well. They always have activities available and encourage the residents to participate if they wish. My dad's apartment was spacious and lovely and I know he enjoyed living there. They met all of my dad's needs and accommodations and constantly exceeded our expectations. Thank you to everyone at the Fillmore Country Club.

Fillmore Country Club is incredible! My father has lived here for 4 years. Rose and the rest of her team are kind and friendly. Always helpful. Never an eye roll or raised voice. During Covid they kept EVERYONE safe and healthy! My dad couldnt get better care!

My mother- in-law is staying here. The cost is at the lower end of assisted living facilities, but the staff is top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful with low turnover. It is a smaller place, so staff know every resident. Residents obviously change over time, but the current group are happy and there is an absence of drama and cliques. If you live in Moorpark, Ventura, Valencia and have a loved one you want to feel good about and close enough to visit, I highly recommend.

Farrington Court is a fantastic retirement community in Kent. My husband works for Stellar Senior Living, the company that manages the community so I have had the chance to visit on multiple occasions. Along with the location, what I like most about Farrington Court are the people - residents and staff alike. Everyone is so friendly.

My father in law lived in Fillmore Country Club for 2 years and the care and loving that he received was phenomenal. Anyone who has a loved one who needs a place to live out their lives should call and speak to Rose. My father had a lot of ups and downs and they handle him with dignity and respect.

My Mom spent the last 9 years of her life here and she was well taken care of. Rose and the staff did everyone possible to make mom comfortable. I really believe this is a great place to live when you get to the point that you can't quit take care of yourself without some assistance. I am now 72 and have made up my mind that when I get to the point that I require assistance for daily life I will see about spending my last days here.

As a physical therapist who visits many assisted living communities, I have been very impressed with Rosewood. They are welcoming and solicitous. I appreciate the smaller setting which allows residents to get to know each other and develop caring relationships. They are welcoming to outside Healthcare agencies and clinicians and have a wonderful in house medical provider. I would highly recommend them.

We only had to make this one stop when searching for senior living for my parents. The apartments are adorable and the bathrooms are HUGE! plenty of room for walkers in the apartments and in the hallways too. Decor is tasteful and it makes you feel like you live in luxury suites. All appliances including washer and dryer IN the units. Chef on Staff! This is a community, not just an 'apartment building for seniors'. Very clean and staff is very accommodating. You can even customize (for a fee) your apartments..somewhat. Found them through "A place for Mom". My husband and I are too young to move in there, but, he asked...how old do you have to be; we want to move in too! lol..
