Definitely the most well rounded assisted living homes I've ever worked for. Beautiful court yard and garden with easy accessible areas all around. Multiple elevators and excellent views from the suites. The staff are always ready to help in anyway they can and I would feel very comfortable living my days here anytime.

The Suites at Algiers Point offers many events and activities for its residents and sometimes family to participate in. The staff is very cordial, friendly and easy to work with. Love the head nurse because she is very caring and companionate. Susie at the front desk always has a smile to greet everyone with. The apartments are comfortable and quite roomy. The event coordinator always has the place decorated for a holiday or a season. Very cheerful atmosphere.

My mom has received wonderful care from Soso and her nursing staff. Natasha has been a great help to me as well in taking care of my mom. All of the staff are very friendly and supportive.

The staff is great, friendly and caring. SoSo and her staff are very attentive of my dad and recognize his needs. The staff always calls me when there is a concern or a change in health or just informing me of anything new. I don't have to worry about my dad. He is in good hands Thanks to SoSo and the entire staff for making me feel comfortable that my dad is in good hands.

A beautifully renovated building turned into an assisted living and memory care facility. It is very spacious with different areas designed for resident socializing, eating and activities. The decor is bright and cheerful with lots of framed art of New Orleans and Louisiana life. It is welcoming and homey. The staff and caregivers are very professional. Our family member gets the best of care here. The caregivers are aware of her special needs with memory. She is always treated with respect and kindness. Her suite is delightful, open and airy with lots of windows. She can see the ships on the river and daily life in Algiers Pointe.

We moved my sister to Algiers Point under very difficult circumstance - the pandemic & the aftermath of a hurricane ....plus I live out of state. The staff at Algiers went out of their way to make this less difficult. And now that we are going through another move with her to be closer to family, I hate to take her away from the kind and loving staff she has become accustomed to.

This is an awesome assisted living facility. Located in Algiers Point on the west bank, it gives an amazing view of New Orleans and has a historic ambiance unlike anything I have seen. They offer memory care assisted living, which was a huge plus for us. Also, the residents look really happy, have a lot of freedom, great food from actual chefs. I highly recommend!

We absolutely love Suites at Aligiers Point. It is an amazing Assisted Living facility located in the perfect place for seniors. It is close enough to New Orleans to enjoy the city and just far enough to stay away from its busy streets. I love the area and I love the atmosphere and the guests all look really happy! Also, they are LGBTQ friendly!
