Tapp Family Home is a great place to work and a wonderful facility for our residents. The Executive Director Kashif has created such a wonderful environment that focuses more on a home based setting rather than a clinical setting. We provide around the clock care with staff members that truly love their residents. We have incredible and highly responsive vendors that consistently are attentive to the needs of the residents. Offering care for those who are fully dependent on us or might just need a little help... from my own personal experience working in larger scaled facilities I can truly say that Tapp is making a massive difference in the lives of seniors. I come from nursing settings where I have had over 25 patients to care for. Here at Tapp our staffing ratios are incredibly low to make sure that every resident gets 1:1 non rushed care. The entire staff from the Exec. Director, myself in management and all in between have healthcare backgrounds and experience which creates an "all hands on deck" staff! The personal care aides and our med techs are highly knowledgeable and have amazing hearts! I truly love working here.

After a rough experience in a large corporate nursing home, I was looking for an option that would give my mother the attention and care needed given her early onset dementia. The care she's gotten through Tapp family home has been terrific- they're communicative and attentive, and know each resident deeply. Her demeanor has changed for the better since being there. They go above and beyond to ensure I can manage her care remotely and feel comfortable that she's safe and cared for.

I have been working here since 2015 and have been fortunate enough to have the pleasure to care for my residents and have the support I need from the management, which is crucial when caring for people. Clean, well run facility. I would be grateful to have my family member at the facility.
