My mother was a resident at Brookdale and received excellent care by the nurses and aides. The administrators went above and beyond to make sure that all her needs were met. The homey atmosphere and tasty food was an added bonus. I highly recommend Brookdale for anyone in need of assisted living. Cindy Schneider

My grandmother was a resident here for about 2 years. The staff was absolutely amazing. Our family was at ease knowing she was so well taken care off. They constantly have activities to keep the residents engaged and having fun. The hardest times were during the holidays. But again, they have wonderful events, for every holiday, for the family and residents to make it a home and family atmosphere. My family and I, as well as a my grandmother, didnt have a single negative experience while she was there, and I will be forever greatful of that. Some of the staff and management even came out to her viewing, when she passed. And I can only hope they know how much they all meant to us during her time there, and after.

Brookdale Troy Ohio is absoulety Outstanding! The entire staff is Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring, Helpful, and I could go on and on. Whenever my mom had a change in her medications or if test results were recieved I always got a call from the nurse who was on duty at the time in a timely manner. My mom was a very independent person and she frankly didnt want to leave her home, but once she arrived at Brookdale, the love she felt from all the staff made her feel quite at home. When my moms health started failing, she had to go the hospital for a few days and my wife and I had to consider a skilled nursing facility, which the hospital was recommending, or go back to Brookdale and recieve the same care as a nursing facility could provide. Mom was quite capable of making decisions, so I told her the options and she said I want to go home to Brookdale. Thats how she viewed Brookdale. It was her home and in my mind, thats the best compliment an assisted living could ever recieve.
